This is a stylish and comfortable 2 bed / 1 bath house on the prestigious Dona Pepa urbanisation, with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. Ideally situated to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (AN ESSENTIAL IN SPAIN), as well as ceiling fans, and digital satellite TV. Comprises 1 double bedroom with patio doors leading onto front sun terrace, 1 twin bedded room and luxury corner bath with shower upstairs. Downstairs there is a lounge/diner, separate fully equipped kitchen and additional WC and washbasin. Front patio with sun terrace and table and chairs and large rear patio, . Supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars within immediate vicinity (5 min walk), and Quesada village 15 min walk for numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks etc. Also has Aqua Park, Country Club, and La Marquesa Golf Club, and Medical Centre.

We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals.

CHECK IN: House is available on arrival from 14:00 hrs.

CHECK OUT: Guests are asked to vacate by 10:00 hrs. on day of departure.

(Should guests have a late departure flight and providing no guests moving in, my housekeepers may be able to arrange later times)

Welcome packs can be catered for and discussed on booking if required. Full directions and contact details are sent on payment of full balance.

Nursery equipment can be hired from our housekeeper and set up prior to your arrival. We wish your holiday to be an enjoyable one and please ask for further information.

RENTAL IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR. Long term and short term (less than a week out of season)

The old Spanish town of Guardamar: is 10 minutes drive and has excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet-skiing etc. at the Marina's nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc., and an Olympic swimming pool.

Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes and sandy beaches, and the enormous 'Queen Sofia' Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through it's botanical gardens.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, but it still retains a typical Spanish air and is a very popular holiday resort for Spaniards also. Along the coastal road, north of Guardamar, is the fishing port and marina of Santa Pola, with boat excursions to the island of Taberca and its underwater nature reserve. Larger towns such as Elche and the cities of Alicante and Murcia are within easy reach for shopping or exploring.

The bustling town of Torrevieja: is also about 10 - 15 minutes drive and also has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade, large marina and numerous international restaurants and bars. For the young at heart there are clubs, music bars and foam parties for the nightlife. As well as being a fishing and trading port, Torrevieja is renowned for the La Mata and Torrevieja salt lagoons, now listed as a natural park. It is well visited for its therapeutic mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife

There are numerous fiestas throughout the year (listed in our information folder) and daily street markets located around the area. Within 35 minutes of Quesada there are numerous golf courses making the area the Golfing Centre of Europe.

Our Stay in August 2008

We had a fantastic time in this lovely villa, it was beautifully equipped with everything that we needed and it was great to have air conditioning that you could rely on working. It was lovely and quiet, and also felt very safe, as all the outer doors had extra iron security doors. The villa was situated close enough to Guardamar beach that you could get there in about 5 - 10 minutes. We made use of the toddler pool as we have a 2 year old daughter and felt that it was very safe and well organised, the fact that you can't eat or drink we thought was a good idea also. It was also good as the area was a residential area, so not full of tourists - mainly the spanish who were on holiday. I would highly recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing holiday, as there are only one or two bars in the residential area, however Quesada is about a 15-20 minute walk and there are several bars and restaurants there, where you can go for meals etc..It is also good for young children, there are various aqua parks also.

Excellent Villa, Great Value For Money

The booking process was easy. The owners were very communicative throughout the process and also very helpful by providing maps both to the villa on arrival and of local attractions.

A car is essential to make the most of your visit.

The villa itself was very clean and fully equipped.

I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and reasonable

We are coming to the end of our 10 week rental. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lizz and Steve's house. This house is very nice with all you need away from home. Central location for beaches, shops and restaurants. You do need a car here. Excellent value and quality restaurants have enabled us to eat out most days. Cheap fuel, cheap food, nice setting with a communal pool and a home from home feeling makes this house a must if you like a quiet get away with everything close on hand.
