This penthouse duplex has recently been completely renovated to a very luxurious and modern standard. Offering every amenity you could desire, as well as a rooftop penthouse terrace deck with private jacuzzi, shower, and sunloungers, with an absolutely beautiful Sea and Mountain view.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite with walk in shower, main bathroom has a walk in shower as well). Large balcony which every room in the house has access to, as well as penthouse private deck with jacuzzi (see photos, words can't describe). Large living room with large flat screen TV. Free wifi. Modern tasteful kitchen and decor.

It is located in the heart of the small fishing village of La Caleta. This area is uniquely special due to the people who live here, who are genuinely local and friendly people, as well as the overall feel of La Caleta being that of a upmarket yet laid-back picturesque seaside village.
The property is a new build and a 2 minute walk to what are probably the best restaurants in Tenerife.

If you are looking to simply enjoy your holiday-home, our downstairs balcony which wraps around the whole property offers beautiful peaceful views, and is larger than you could ever come to use. Enjoy with a book or a glass of wine overlooking the sea and mountains.
Upstairs is a large sun desk area where you can sunbathe privately all day long. Should you wish, you have your own private Jacuzzi hot tub on our upstairs decking area and watch the sun set over the Atlantic and our neighbouring island of La Gomera.

This village is also famous for it's fish restaurants and fishermen who supply fresh fish to the local restaurants daily. The top golf course in Tenerife has to be Costa Adeje Golf and this is within a 15 minute walk. Siam Park is a short drive away should you feel adventurous.

Great accommodation in Adeje

Very nice property with two bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/diner, vast wrap around balcony and sundeck with hot tub. Plenty of parking on the other side of the roundabout, and a Spar shop located beneath the apartment. Local restaurants were exceptionally busy so whilst they are all within very short walking distance, you will need to make reservations in advance! Around 25 minutes to the airport by car, around 10 minutes to the supermarket in Adeje and the TF1 highway. Brilliant view of the ocean from the exterior areas - wake up to the sunshine and waves. Recommended!

La Caleta Stay 14th May to 21st May 2019

We had a very pleasant stay at No 8. Very spacious and everything was clean and tidy and vey suitable for our needs. Location was very good as I have stayed at La Caleta before and know the area very well. The only observation I have is that the sun umbrella was not good as the cords were rotten and were not in working order so we could not operate the umbrella. Also I would advise to have a look at the sun beds as the back rests on a couple of them have lost the bolts and nuts. This did not affect our stay as we were happy with the chairs on the floor below on the terrace while we were in the apartment. But for future visitors the umbrella and sun beds may need to be looked at.

Great apartment, great location

La Caleta is a great little corner at the end of the Playa de las Americas/Los Cristianos strip. It is built around a cove lined with restaurants to suit all tastes. The apartment is right in the centre, everything within walking distance. It is fully equipped to a high level with great views from the terrace and the sun deck. The only issue was the jacuzzi/hot tub which was broken for our entire stay. We have raised the possibility of a small refund for this with the owners however so far they seem very reluctant.

Great property in a great location

Very smart property with fantastic outside space. You can sit in the sun all day, or go round the corner and relax in the shade. Excellent internal space and fitted to a very decent level.spot on location in a lovely village with great restaurants. You can walk for miles either way, past all the big well known resorts or over the tops with great views. Loved it!

The sea views from this property are amazing with the wrap round terrace which all rooms (2 bedrooms, and living room) have direct access to. The cherry on top, is a private deck terrace with private jacuzzy, sun loungers, shower, and stunning views.
Located only 20m from the ocean.
Also within a 5 minute walking distance there is a bus station which passes every 10 minutes. The bus route takes you to Las Americas, Los Cristianos and for the more adventurous to Masca and Puerto de la Cruz.

What makes this property unique

One feature with this property unlike any other in La Caleta is the views and also distance to the sea. Having seen many in this area this is probably the easiest access and hence why this place is unique. Also for those of you who really want to chill, this property allows you to relax without the headache of having to take taxis or driving. You have more than enough outdoor seating area to truly enjoy this area.
Within a walking distance of 5 minutes you have probably the best 4 restaurants in Tenerife. If you want to mingle with the local residents a 5 minute walk will take you to 2 bars popular for locals. Also within easy reach is the championship Adeje Golf Course and the lovely beach of La Caleta.
