About the Owner

We are an English couple who have been holidaying with our children (now all grown and gone but coming back for holidays!) in Florida since 1980. We were looking for a condo in the perfect location - convenient for the attractions, golf, shopping and easy access to both coasts. We also wanted spacious accommodation in a gated development with a pleasant community feel and amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, gym, and games room. Terrace Ridge met all these requirements and we actually bought our condo 'off plan' and watched each stage of the build. We then selected a totally co-ordinated interior design package using top quality furniture and furnishings. We aimed to combine a 'home from home' with comfort and luxury. Our condo at Terrace Ridge has more than lived up to our expectations!

The condo was absolutely spotless and perfect for a family of 4,everything a family requires on hols

When we arrived the condo was absolutely perfect,cleaned,hoovered and ready to move in,all the beds were ready and toilet amenities were in place.The sitting room kitchen dinning living area was perfect,great TV variety.The main bathroom shower toilet and bath was spotless with easy access and plenty of towels.I would definitely recommend this site to colleges back home and also to my clients.Thank you for providing a home from

It was nice, quiet and clean.

We had a great time, very similar to

Tuscana, were we usually stay---condos clean, had everything we needed for our week long stay.

The only negative was the home away site didn't give me access codes to the gate or the condo---after a 15 hour drive it was very stressful---called the help site and they were more than willing to help us. We will defiantly stay again.

Perfect Apartment

A superb apartment - spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Near enough to the theme parks to make the drive short, but far enough away to be able to get away from the crowds in the evening. We loved our time in Florida, and this apartment was a real home from home. Thoroughly recommended.

Faster than a magic carpet to Disney

Peaceful location yet only 40 minutes from Orlando International and 60 minutes from Sanford. Convenient for Disney, Sea World, Universal and all other Central Florida attractions. More than a dozen excellent golf courses are within striking distance. Supermarket, fast food outlets, pharmacy and petrol station 2 minutes drive. Shopping centre 10 minutes drive. Florida Mall. Lakeland Mall and Outlet Shopping are 20 - 25 minutes drive. Junction of I-4 just 3 minutes giving access to both coasts and their beaches in little over an hour.

The property is fully equipped and we hope all needs have been anticipated and catered for. There is a television in the lounge and both bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with en-suite facilities and a separate double bedroom and bathroom offering maximum privacy. The condo is on the first floor and serviced by stairs and a lift/elevator. It is convenient for everything yet peaceful and private. Our property managers are approachable to attend to any issues or problems you may encounter during your stay.
