Perfect Apartment

Fantastic modern apartment placed right on sandbanks itself. Everything you need is provided,The beach being just a stones throw away is perfect,we luckily picked the hottest week of the year so far and had several evening walks along it.would definitely stay here again.

Classy apartment, next to the beach

We had a great time at this apartment, which is a very short walk to the fabulous beach. Perfect for the children as the beach is quieter at this part of the peninsula. Very good quality, would book again if we were to visit sandbanks again. Owners were very accommodating.

Coast/Beach:

Sandbanks blue flag beach, which stretches for 7 miles towards Bournemouth, is a 2 minute walk away and Poole Harbour, a short walk along the peninsula offers shallow and safe waters for wind or kite-surfing.

Travel:

Sandbanks peninsula is situated west of Bournemouth, 4 miles from both Bournemouth and Poole town centres. There are good rail and road links to the area. There are bus services to Poole, Bournemouth & Swanage. Bournemouth airport offers flights to both UK and European destinations and there is a regular Brittany Ferries service to France from Poole Harbour.

Booking Notes:
NO BOOKINGS CAN BE PROCESSED LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL.

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance being due 8 weeks prior to the rental period. At the same time a £250 security deposit is required which will be refundable once our managing agent has checked the property and provided there is no damage.


Changeover Day:
Normally Saturday but we will try to be flexible out of season. Keys will be available from 4pm onwards and guests are requested to leave by 10am on the morning of departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
