Bedrooms:Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds, with spring mattresses. Both have balconies and are airconditioned. They are furnished with tasteful bed linen, ceiling fans, table lamps, wardrobes, mirrors and mosquito netting on the windows.
Bathrooms:There is one bathroom. It is fully tiled and equipped with modern western fittings. It also has a water heater for running hot water.
Kitchen:The kitchen has a granite work counter. It is equipped with a gas hob, microwave oven with grill, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, water filter and washing machine. Crockery and cutlery along with cooking pans & all cooking implements are provided.
Living Room:The living room has a 3 piece sofa set, a 21 inch TV fitted with a Tata Sky connection. The balcony outside provides a pleasant view of the gardens. The 4 seater dinnette is placed in the balcony. The living room is a cozy haven to unwind and relax in.

The apartment measures 100 sq m. It has 2 balconies, the front balcony is 7m long and faces the pool and the gardens. It gets the early morning sun which makes it an ideal place for breakfast. The complex and the pools are very well maintained by the staff. Shops, restaurants, bars, ATM's, Newtons supermarket are all within walking distance. Taxi's are easily available just outside the gate and scooters and bikes can be hired for a nominal charge.
We are an NRI family and purchased this property in January 2010 as we fell in love with Goa and have been increasingly spending a lot of time here. We have made a lot of friends amongst locals & fellow travellers. Once in a while we like to have our friends and family join us & so found this to be ideal in all aspects. Though in the heart of happening Candolim, the apartment is a quiet retreat surrounded.After a day spent on the beach or other activities, you walk back into the cool secure comfort of the apartment.

Discounts available for bookings of over 15 days mainly for the period 1st May to 7th August.
We encourage bookings of 2 weeks during X-mas & New Year period (21st Dec to 4th Jan).
50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payment 4 weeks prior arrival. The apartment accommodates maximum 6 persons.
There is no fixed changeover date except during the x-mas, new year period where we prefer a 2 week booking or an immediate changeover.
Check in is at 2.00pm and check out at 11.00am.

My husband and I were delighted with this choice of both the complex and the apartment. The whole complex is clean and beautifully landscaped and the listing description of it is very accurate. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained and it was nice to have the choice of a relaxing day by the pool or a more hectic beach or tourist day.
The apartment was clean and well maintained and the furniture was very comfortable. I am always a little apprehensive when I go abroad as I have sometimes found difficulty in sleeping if the bed is too hard or soft but in this apartment the bed was very comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. Although we tended to eat out most days there was enough basic kitchen equipment to be able to prepare light meals if we chose to. The housekeeper, Angela, is a very friendly lady who always has a smile for you. We found her efficient in her job and most helpful if we had any queries.
Meena, the owner of the apartment, was extremely helpful from our first query about the apartment and through the booking of the apartment. She responded to any queries we had very quickly and gave us relevant information as we required it.
Once we arrived at the apartment we had the good fortune to meet her and found her to be just as attentive. She dealt with any issues we had quickly and efficiently and I would definitely say she gave excellent customer service. It was a pleasure to meet her.
Our only issue is that this apartment is so sought after we are unable to book it again next year but will be back as soon as we can. Thank you Meena and Angela for helping to give us a lovely time.
My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks in this lovely apartment. On arrival we were delighted to find it tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and the kitchen had everything you need, including hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Not that you will be doing any serious cooking, because when you have spent your day round the lovely swimming pool you will step outside the gates of this quiet oasis into a busy night life of wonderful restaurants. Candolim is so cosmopolitan, you can try something different every night of the week. There are lots of places to visit like the Spice Plantation, Elephant Sanctuary, Old Goa and the Saturday Night Market is a must.
The owners of the apartment, Meena and Rohit, are a lovely couple and they make absolutely sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We are looking forward to returning next year for a 4 week stay.

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to stay in Meena & Rohit`s apartments for the last three years. Having visted Goa on 13 occasions I can honestly say that none of our previous accommodation came anywhere near the standard that this wonderful couple have to offer. The apartments are set in beautiful grounds with lovely flowering shrubs. The three swimming pools are spotlessly clean and the whole complex is very quiet. If you are lucky enough to secure a booking you are in for a fantastic holiday. Nothing is to much trouble for the owners and any minor hitches are soon sorted.
