Sleeps 7. 3 bedroom comfortable holiday home in Pembrokeshire National Park which was extensively re-furbished in 2009 inc new beds, kitchen and flooring. Broadband and Wi-Fi from March 2015. Warm and cosy with gas central heating and open fire. The charm of the property is mainly derived from its stunning views over Newport Bay and close proximity to Newport sands and the ever-popular Parrog Beach 4 minutes walk away. The centre of Newport is 3 minutes drive away for everyday provisions and papers, plus a butcher, chemist, whole-food shop, Post Office, library etc. Several Pubs and good restaurants provide a great range of excellent food.

Outside: Spaces for two cars at the front, with open-plan lawn. Enclosed garden with sea views to the rear, with patio and garden furniture. Hot and cold external taps for rinsing wetsuits / clothing / pets / children. Utility Room: Garage has outside rear access from kitchen and contains fridge-freezer and washer / dryer machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are not included. Property is cleaned weekly.

Special interest holidays:

Newport bay lends itself to many outdoor activities including rock-pooling, fishing, surfing, body-boarding, dinghy sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing or canoeing, or simply admiring the views.

There is easy access for good walks along the North Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, beside the River Nevern which is excellent for bird watching, or up Carn Ingli: the "Hill of Angels” which can be seen from the east side of the property.

Coast/Beach:

4 minutes walk to the shore; on the other side of the Nevern River, Newport Sands is just under a mile long at low tide.

Distances:

The centre of Newport is 3 minutes drive away for everyday provisions and papers, plus a butcher, chemist, whole-food shop, Post Office and library. The Parrog beach is a few hundred yards away.
