This is a brand new luxury apartment which is situated between Marbella and Gibraltar. Set amongst landscaped gardens, swimming pools and attractive walkways, our ground floor apartment is furnished to a high standard. Large terrace (sun all day) and rear terrace. The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning,marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom including bath in en-suite. The property benefits from an allocated car parking space within the garage (lift access). Although apartment is in a peaceful location, the bustling marina of Puerto de La Duquesa is a short drive or approximately 10 minute walk away, with a large selection of international restaurants, bars and shops. Within easy reach are the famous white villages of Mijas, Ronda and Casares and the many blue flag beaches. Only 10 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banus. Spain's best kept secret is ideal for families, Golfers and couples.

The apartment was purchased in 2008 from new. We love the Costa Del Sol and chose this area as it was close to Puerto Banus and Marbella. The beaches in Sabinillas are quite lovely, and the Marina in Duquesa has some wonderful restaurants and bars.

Activity and Interests


The beaches and are only a 10 mins walk away or a few mins in a car. The beaches of Duquesa lay both sides of the marina, which are safe. There are plenty of beach bars on either side.

A short stroll along the promenade takes you into the neighbouring spanish village of Sabinillas with great blue flag beaches and wonderful restaurants & bars.

There is plenty of parking down by the marina and this is free parking 24 hrs. A taxi firm is situated at the port as well.


There are 3 airports you can use. Gibraltar Airport, 30 minutes drive (taxi approx 40 to 50 euros). Malaga Airport 50-60 mins drive (taxi approx 90 to 110 euros). Jerez Airport 90 minutes drive (taxi approx 130 euros). A car is not essential but if you wish to see the sites one is recommended. There is good public transport and taxi service available into Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar etc.


Puerto de la Duquesa 5 mins. Sabinillas 5 mins, Estepona 15 mins, Casares 20 mins, Puerto Banus 25 mins, Marbella 30 mins. Ronda 60 mins. Sotogrande 15 mins, La Linea 20 mins, Gibraltar 25 mins. Water park 30 mins.

Further Details:

There are bars, restaurants, internet cafe and a Mercadona supermarket within 5 mins walk from the complex, a further 10 min walk will take you in to Duquesa port where you will find a large selection of bars, restaurants with a variety of dishes to choose from (Italian, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, English and Mexican). A small supermarket, taxi rank, bank, tourist information for local activities and places of interest to go to. A 10 min walk along the promenade will take you into the old town of Sabinillas where there are larger supermarkets, chemist, Parks, bars and more restaurants etc.

£150 deposit on booking, full balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 (refundable) damage deposit to be paid with final payment, this will be refunded promptly once apartment has been checked and cleaned.

Changeover Day:
Any changeover day is available. If your holiday is back to back with another then the apartment will be available from 3pm and the apartment vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is fully equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. Where the apartment is situated on the complex, makes easy access to the 4 communal pools, tropical gardens and 2 tennis courts. The terrace area is south west facing so you have the pleasure of the sun all day. Suitable for all families, friends and golfers. 2 bed chairs are supplied for the beach as well as umbrella, cool box for picnic on the beach and blanket. Tea, coffee and milk will be supplied on arrival so don't worry on late arrival. Smoking is allowed only on the outside terrace area and not in the apartment itself. A guide manual for all appliances is on hand in the apartment. A bottle of wine will be in the fridge ready for your arrival. Outside: There is 4 communal swimming pools, and a wc is situated by the pool area so no more walking back to apartments. There are 4 outside showers next to the pools. The gardens are well kept and there are 2 tennis courts on the site. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bedlinen are supplied including beach towels. The apartment is fully cleaned with full linen/towel change before occupancy. For longer stays, additional cleans and towel/linen changes can be arranged at an extra cost. Other: Main south west facing terrace can be accessed via lounge or main bedroom 1 Table and 6 chairs with shaded area / 2 sun-loungers (with all day sun) Rear terrace consists of breakfast table/sun brolly.
