About the Owner

We live in Cambridge, UK and have two teenage daughters. Mila is Polish and from Kolobrzeg, where she lived until she was 24.

I work in the entertainment and arts industry and Mila is a drama teacher.

We were married in Kolobrzeg in 1987 and I lived there with Mila for a year in 1985.

Mila's mother still lives in Kolobrzeg and looks after the house for us including organising its cleaning and maintenance. She is the house manager.

'Beautiful cottage minutes from the beach, was very impressed with the space, how well it was taken care of and the great customer service provided by the owners of the property. We had a wonderful time with our family at the cottage and are thinking of coming again on our return to Poland' Many Thanks, Denise Van den Dool Canada

We had a wonderful time in Grzybowo. The house provided a lovely atmosphere and with easy access to the beach it was a perfect holiday. We made full use of the veranda and had lovely meals outside. I would recommend to anyone! Thanks, Donna Orlowski, UK

It was a wonderful comfortable place and we had everything we needed.

The weather was super for us. So thanks again Paul, and if we should visit Kolobzerg again I'm sure we will book again. Kind Wishes Emma McNab, UK

We set off with high expectations and were not disappointed. The tips you gave us were just great. We had a lovely holiday and would want to be your guest again. Axel Tunkowski, Germany

From the Owner

We decided to built the house in Grzybowo because we have friends who live close to the house, we love the beach and its a great place to get away from it all, relax and unwind. We visit the house two or three times a year from May to September, often going with friends who are all amazed at the beach and the location. Our daughters also love going to the house with their friends, which they do each year. We like to go on long walks on the beach or through the forests. It is particularly beautiful at sunset.

Facilities

From the Owner

We built the house especially for summer holidays with lots of sleeping space and a large terrace. Its just about the right size and easy to keep clean and maintain. Being all made of wood (indoors as well as outdoors) it has a cosy and warm feeling and everyone who visits seems to love the house and the area. it is quite different from typical summer holiday locations and for most visitors, it is their first time in Poland. So lots of new experiences and discoveries. In the summer, the weather is usually good and sunny but always with a sea breeze. Going south form the sea there are miles and miles of forests and lakes to explore as well as small villages. One interesting feature is the stalks that nest in the summer all over the area.
