Situated on the first floor, Los Olmos comprises one double bedroom with twin beds, a stylish, new bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower and wc. A baby cot is also available. There is an additional separate cloakroom/wc located off the hall. The lounge features a large comfortable sofa bed, a television and video/DVD and leads onto an attractive balcony where meals can be taken alfresco. There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a utility room with washing maching, tumble dryer and washing line. There is also a designated car parking space. The quiet, clean and sandy beach is just a five minute walk away. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the centre of town where you will find shops, bars, good restaurants and a pretty marina. The beautiful Pine Walk is perfect for a quiet stroll. Please note, Los Olmos is a no smoking apartment.

The apartment is a five minute walk to a clean, child friendly, sandy beach.

Travel:

Palma is the nearest airport and is approximately a 45 minute car drive. Taxis and buses are also available.

Distances:

Fifteen minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca , 7 minutes to the nearest restaurant bar and supermarket. .

Further Details:

Water Skiing, Diving, and Sailing is available from the beach in the summer months.
