Central shady courtyard with seating,ideal for a quiet morning coffee Very large Master Suite with French Doors onto pool terrace. Outside Bar and dining terrace make evenings in very special. Large pool area with sun loungers for taking the rays or tables and chairs for reading. Try out the softly lit hot tub at night with a glass of champagne. Ideal location for painting,photography or just relaxing.Sit on the Terrace at about 5.00 pm and watch the antics of the troupe of Green Faced Monkeys who have lived in the grounds for years, watch the babies learn to swing from tree to tree..or not ! Almost predator free, the birds will eat crumbs from your hand. On the other hand the vibrancy of Holetown is just a 20 minute walk away! Ideally placed for all types of restaurant, bus stop and Taxi rank all within walking distance. The home lends itself to entertaining or for groups of friends wishing to holiday together yet assuring everyone has their own space. As our second home and not a rent for profit property we are able to offer this stunning villa for rent at a very competitive price for a Sandy Lane property. Since purchasing this wonderful property we have extensively re modelled and enlarged and this year have just completed our final set of renovations resulting in what we feel to be a stunning property whilst still maintaining the feel of a home. Having been rented for the past two years and as we ourselves wish to travel we are now selectively renting out to allow guests to enjoy our home and the beautiful island..

Being on the edge of the Sandy Lane golf course at the end of a no through road,the home offers peace and tranquility and stunning views. At the top of "Cemetery Hill" we are fortunate to catch the breeze, avoid the noise of traffic and are completely unoverlooked. The home is large enough to cater for couples who may wish to holiday together in a home from home setting. Having had businesses on the island for many years we are happy to offer advice on what to do to make the most of your stay.

Notes on accommodation: Young children not accepted,older children on application to Owner. The Villa is a strictly non smoking residence,including the outside Terrace. Airport pick up / return can be offered as can fast track through immigration/customs at an extra.cost. Cook available on request at a separate charge. Car rental,excursions can be made via house manager. Dining can be outside on the Terrace, with its own Bar, or on the Rooftop. Water to the Villa is Safe to drink. If cooking in, the large kitchen enables guests to mingle as food is prepared. There is a full complement of both formal and informal sets of crockery,cutlery and place settings to suit every dining occasion. The open plan room arrangement enables guests to move from area to area with ease Outside: 2.5 acres of private landscaped gardens. Ample outdoor furniture at various locations around the property. Private unheated, tear drop shaped swimming pool, this is Barbados and the water is like bath water! BBQ facilities on roof top terrace. Plenty of natural shade to be found pool side. Ceiling fans on the outside Terrace gently move the air around. Banana and mango trees grow impressively and the delicate Frangipani tree when in flower looks almost unreal. The property is fully fenced with electronically operated gates at the entrance, guaranteeing your own private paradise. There is a hot tub on the roof which affords impressive views and is unoverlooked. Separate towel baskets provide Hot Tub towels for a spontaneous dip! Utility Room: Washing machine,tumble dryer,iron,ironing board,sink.This is usually considered the domain of the Housekeeper in Barbados. Our housekeeper will take care of all household laundry and personal items placed in laundry baskets in rooms at owners' risk can be requested at an extra charge. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is staffed all year round. Sheets changed every 3 days, towels (Bath and Pool ) changed daily. Maid service 5 days , Groundsman/Poolman 5 days. House Manager on call 5 days. Meet and Greet service on arrival. Other: There is a separate WC/shower room in the lobby adjacent to the kitchen which can be accessed from outside as well as inside.

Beautiful villa with fantastic views

Well where do yiu start. The villa is of a high standard throughout. The style, ambience, and privacy hits you as soon as you walk in. The views are spectacular and with the Sandy Lane Golf course on your doorstep. We have stayed a few times at the Villa and would highly recommend a stay and holiday here. People are friendly service is exceptional .

Special interest holidays:

Our property is ideal for families wishing to get together for that special occasion. Anniversaries, Birthdays etc. Our House Manager can help organise a Wedding on the Island and although not licenced for the ceremony our property and gardens make a wonderful setting for a Wedding Breakfast and Honeymoon.


Public beach access is a good 20 minute walk away. Our house guests have access to the private Sandy Lane Hotel beach where there are beach chairs, soft drinks and W.C facilities available. The sand is white and soft, water clear and usually gently shelving at the immediate edge. We do not have a problem with jellyfish or litter on the beach.


Grantly Adams Airport is approx. 45 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended if the true benefit of the Island and what it has to offer is to be gained. Car hire with delivery to the Villa and return to the airport can be arranged for you, as can private transfers.


25 minute walk into Holetown, which has its own Chattel Village shops and Duty Free shops. Buses all over the Island can be taken from Holetown , 1.50 Barbados Dollars a trip, regardless of getting off point, an experience not to be missed ! There is also a taxi rank in Holetown. Points of interest include Harrison's Caves, St Lawrence Gap, Plantation House Tours, Nancy's Rum shop for the best in true Bajan cooking. The renown Cliff Restaurant and of course, Sandy Lane Hotel are both nearby

Further Details:

A reasonably sized Supermarket is located in Holetown as are many restaurants spanning a wide price range. There is a Post Office, a Police Station, Banks and a walk in Medical facility in Holetown, together with coffee shops with Internet facilities and shopping.

Bookings can be made via the owners by telephone or via e mail. A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before departure, in US Dollars. Long term rentals are considered as are 10 day rentals. Mid week arrival/departures are not a problem. Please note although the rental is for the whole house,guests are restricted to those named on the booking. Overnight visitors are not permitted. Important! If you are viewing in owners direct.co.uk the GBP rate is incorrect. It is an automated exchange rate set by OD . We only deal in US dollars unless specifically requested to deal in sterling and then at our discretion.

Changeover Day:
Booking dates and days are flexible. We usually require arrival after 2.00pm and a departure by Noon, however we are quite happy to consider exceptions to this and requests should be made at the time of booking

We request no events or parties unless previously agreed with owner. No extra overnight guests. We ask that guests respect the peacefulness of the location.

The home is not considered suitable for babies or young children.

Should you be booking for a special celebration, birthday,anniversary ...please let us know at the time of booking.

The Owner will always place a call to any prospective guest to answer any questions.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The balance falling due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment to be made in $US via wire transfer, unless prior agreement otherwise.
