This modern apt is a split off from our current home.1000 sq feet. 3 bedroom 2 bath, natural stone floors throughout and full size kitchen. 2 Blocks from the Marriott & Ritz Carlton makes it a incredible location 5 min walk to the beach. The rooms consist of one king size, one queen, and room 3 has two twin beds. Each room has its independent airco system. Dining table seats 6 people and living room is comfortable.

Great Location
Michael was wonderful. He was so easy to communicate with from the beginning all the way to the end of our stay. We had a wonderful time and location couldn't be beat! We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay
This VRBO is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle from the the beach lined hotels. It's just a short walk to the beach and has all the amenities of home- a kitchen and washer/ dryer! When we walked in I was impressed how clean it was and spacious for our family of 6. On top of all that the owners were super kind and helpful! Made this vacation one to remember!

Great property
We had a great experience staying at this property and Mike was a fantastic host. The house is even nicer than expected, it’s modern and very clean - did I mention it’s very clean. The space has a nice layout and was plenty large enough for 6 of us. The neighborhood is safe and is a 5 min walk through a path to the Marriott and beaches. We would definitely look into renting this property again in the future

I grew up in aruba from when I was a baby. Went off to live in Miami in 1998 and returned 3 years ago. My wife Amanda and two daughters Victoria & Amaya love to enjoy Aruba's incredible beaches . I enjoy spending time with them and also mountain biking is my passion here in aruba.

Recently we fell in love and took over a Boutique Property across the street from the Marriott known as Hotel Modern World Aruba. The property is beautiful and is helping us live the Vacation Rental Lifestyle experience and meet people from all around the world which we feel is the perfect DREAM JOB! Host happy people on vacation in Aruba in a beautiful location near everything but also far enough to be relaxed.

Why they chose this property

This property we renovated completely from the roof to the electrical everything last year and because of the location it makes a great area to visit and be near the high rise hotels but at the same time away from it all. With a full kitchen it really feels like home and we live right across from the the property.
