This small quiet complex was only completed in 2008. There are only 21 privately owned apartments with a communal pool. The complex is ideally situated between the Old Town Square and the Marina. A 5 minute stroll will get you to the beach. At the Marina you will find lots of boat trips, cafes, bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms and the living room have patio doors onto the large south facing balcony with sea views. The fully air conditioned apartment has FREE WIFI, TV, DVD player with selection of films, selection of books, fully equipped kitchen, safe and underground parking. For extra peace of mind the apartment has a full legally required rental licence.

My wife and I are both semi retired and spend a lot of time travelling. Our family are all grown up and are in their twenties. We visit Albufeira about once a month, and love the place. It really is a second home to us but we have decided to rent it out this year for the first time.

Fantastic apartment. Location perfect and just as advert stated. Bobby organised transfers which were very efficient. Lovely restaurants in area! Love Portugal and will be back.

We could not have asked for more!

This apartment was extremely clean. We often stay at VRBO's and AirBnBs so we notice small things like a few crumbs in the bottom of the garbage pail or a sticky spot on the fridge. This place was spotless. The owner has also paid attention to small details such as extremely explicit instructions for the appliances, door locks and entertainment system. The booking and check in process as well was likely the most organized that I have experienced. The owner provided maps with clearly marked routes and location of popular restaurants, landmarks and the grocery store. He responded to all of my e-mails promptly, answering any questions that I had. We were met upon our arrival as well by a leasing agent who was professional and pleasant. He reviewed with us the apartment instructions and also provided helpful information about the area.

The physical layout of the unit was perfect. We are a couple travelling with our adult daughter so appreciated the two bedrooms and bathrooms on either side of the unit. The living areas were spacious with ample seating at the breakfast bar, living room and balcony. The apartment had all the needed amenities right down to a corkscrew in the kitchen to a clothes drying rack with clothespins on the balcony. All amenities were in excellent condition. The wireless was quick, and there were multiple and well located electrical outlets throughout the apartment. There is secure underground parking with a lift to the unit.

The location was fabulous. The marina, grocery store, beach and old town, with multiple restaurants to choose from, were easily accessible with a short walk but it was not loud or noisy. We also liked the general location of Albufeira. We travelled to Ferragudo to access Algarve Freedom Kayaking, the market on Saturday in Loule and Faro's Old Town and shopping district (all great activities) and all were accessible in less than an hour drive.

We had a wonderful vacation and we would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Perfect holiday package!

The apartment and location details were spot on. Best apartment that we have stayed in by far and we have stayed in quite a few over the years around Europe. Clean , modern fantastic layout . Almost felt like two apartments. Communal pool was not busy when we were there and quite a sun trap. Loved the security of the main door access and the balcony area was fabulous to unwind and relax. The owner , Bob, was exceptional in the ease in which the apartment was booked . He arranged our taxi transfers and provided excellent information about the area and restaurants. We ate out at all of the recommendations that he made. Fabulous. There is walkable access to the marina, supermarket and beach. The walking will certainly keep you fit! Public transport was on the doorstep . Just perfect!

Fantastic find

After looking at lots of apartments in Albufeira this one stood out, luckily it was available for our dates. We were delighted on arrival, it is a lovely modern apartment, very well equipped and spotlessly clean, the pool is well maintened too. The location is ideal, a short walk to the old town and beach in one direction and the marina in the other. The owner Bobby was more than helpful with our booking, he arranged airport transfers (which were very reliable) and sent us an information pack containing a map marking different routes into the old town and some good restaurants. We would certainly stay at this apartment again and would recommend it to anybody going to Albufeira, its a great place.

From the Owner

When we decided to buy a home overseas there was only one place we were interested in and that was the Algarve. Being only 2 or 3 hours from the UK and with the same time zone was a big factor. With low cost flights every day and the beautiful beaches, climate and the friendly Portuguese people, there really was no other country we considered. We looked at a lot of property along the whole Algarve but when we viewed this apartment we decided it was for us straight away and signed for it there and then. It is in a nice quiet area but only 5 minutes to the beach and Old Town Square. There is nothing as nice as sipping a glass of vino tinto on the balcony at sunset and watching the fishing boats lights flickering on the sea.

Activity and Interests


The main Old Town beach is 5 minutes walk away, there is a lift to take you to the beautiful golden sand if you don't want to walk down the steps. The Marina is a 10 minute walk away with lots of restaurants to enjoy and watch the world go by.


Faro airport is 30 minutes away, we can advise and put you in touch with transfer companies that we have used and car hire companies that are UK based.


The Algarve is only about 80 miles from one end to the other and the property is right in the middle so everywhere is easily accessible.

Further Details:

There are about 14 water parks and amazing beaches over the full length of the Algarve. There is a bus stop 30 metres away to many of these and ticket shops to book trips nearby.

It is very secure and furnished to very high standard. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Outside: There is a large south facing balcony with table and 6 chairs. The communal pool is very private. Entry to the property is via electric garage door or front door which is automatically locked at all times. Utility Room: Secure underground garage with own parking space and electric door and lift to accommodation. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. We also supply beach towels. Property cleaned and linen changed once a week. Agents will be on site to meet and greet and to help with any queries. Other: Large south facing balcony which can be accessed from the bedrooms and the living room has table and 6 chairs and sea views.
