This small quiet complex was only completed in 2008. There are only 21 privately owned apartments with a communal pool. The complex is ideally situated between the Old Town Square and the Marina. A 5 minute stroll will get you to the beach and the Old Town Square which is full of bars, restaurants and entertainment. At the Marina you will find lots of boat trips, cafes, bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms and the living room have patio doors opening onto the large south facing balcony with sea views. The fully air conditioned apartment has FREE WIFI, TV, DVD player with a selection of films There is also a selection of books. A fully equipped kitchen, safe and underground parking. For extra peace of mind the apartment has a full legally required rental licence.

My wife and I are both semi retired and spend a lot of time travelling. Our family are all grown up and are in their twenties. We visit Albufeira about once a month, and love the place. It really is a second home to us but we have decided to rent it out during the summer season as we are not over then.

Why Bobby Duffin chose Albufeira

When we decided to buy a home overseas there was only one place we were interested in and that was the Algarve. Being only 2 or 3 hours from the UK and with the same time zone was a big factor. With low cost flights every day and the beautiful beaches, climate and the friendly Portuguese people, there really was no other country we considered. We looked at a lot of property along the whole Algarve but when we viewed this apartment we decided it was for us straight away and signed for it there and then. It is in a nice quiet area but only 5 minutes to the beach and Old Town Square. There is nothing as nice as sipping a glass of vino tinto on the balcony at sunset and watching the fishing boats lights flickering on the sea, and the nightly catch is available in the restaurants the next day.

What makes this apartment unique

Near to beach and near to the Old Town Square with all the entertainment but far enough away to be nice and quiet. There is a bus stop 20 metres away but everything you need is within walking distance so no car is required. A well stocked supermarket is just round the corner, 2 mins away.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is ideally located between the Old Town Square and the Marina in a quiet area. It is very secure and furnished to very high standard. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Outside: There is a large south facing balcony with table and 6 chairs. The communal pool is very private. Entry to the property is via electric garage door or front door which is automatically locked at all times. Utility Room: Secure underground garage with own parking space and electric door and lift to accommodation. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. We also supply beach towels. Property cleaned and linen changed once a week. Agents will be on site to meet and greet and to help with any queries. Other: Large south facing balcony which can be accessed from the bedrooms and the living room has table and 6 chairs and sea views.

Perfect for two couples and great location.

After exploring on our first day, we found that were a perfect walking distance from Old Town. Tons of restaurants, shops, and people watching there. A grocery store and a restaurant, where we had quite a bbq feast on a special theme night, are about a 3 minute walk. The apartment was modern and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t use the air conditioning much, but it was nice to have. We used the patio deck a lot, especially in the morning. The building and apartment were very secure. All in all, a great stay.

Great Location

The apartment is very clean and well outfitted in the kitchen. Works well for two couples. The location is great, close to beach, marina, restaurants and shopping. Small convenience store one block away met all our needs for food and wine to share while in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment!

This is a superb apartment - probably the best we have ever stayed in. Quiet location was great and easily walkable to local supermarket, the lovely beach or into town for the many restaurants etc.

Bobby was fantastic and responded to all emails within a couple of hours. He also provided us with a lot of very useful local info prior to our trip.

We can't recommend this apartment highly enough!

Great quality property, all facilities, long balcony, security features, modern, very well equipped

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and towels were provided. It felt very secure and homely, and so handy having 2 showeres / wc's.

Kitchen was super, comfortable beds, plenty storage.

The location was very good, quiet with a short walk down to a supermarket. Only a 6-8 minute walk down hill to the beach, and a lift down to the sand. A few minutes further to the charming old town. We tried out some of the recommended restaurants and enjoyed all.

We would also recommend Splash & Slide watar park and had a good time on the boat trip to the caves/ dolphin spotting.

We would definitely return!

I agree about Slide And Splash, it's one of the top water parks in Europe and kids of all ages (including me) enjoy it. There are so many boat trips it's hard to pick which one, the caves are great and it's always a bonus if you spot the dolphins. The lift down to the sand is great plus if you wander to the opposite end of the beach you might have noticed a set of escalators going up from the beach........very handy after a long day on the sand. Apartment was in strategic location, away but close enough to night life, pickup point for all attraction just on the corner, fresh baked bread just 2min down the road. Property very clean and spacious with great view. Fantastic one week in Albufiera

The main Old Town beach is 5 minutes walk away, there is a lift to take you to the beautiful golden sand if you don't want to walk down the steps. The Marina is a 10 minute walk away with lots of restaurants to enjoy and watch the world go by.


Faro airport is 30 minutes away, we can advise and put you in touch with transfer companies that we have used and car hire companies that are UK based.


The Algarve is only about 80 miles from one end to the other and the property is right in the middle so everywhere is easily accessible.

Further Details:

There are about 14 water parks and amazing beaches over the full length of the Algarve. There is a bus stop 30 metres away to many of these and ticket shops to book trips nearby.

Check in time is flexible depending on whether or not the apartment has been occupied until that day. The apartment should be vacated by 11am on day of departure to allow for new arrivals, however we will try to be flexible wherever possible.
