A location that will be difficult to beat the apartment has open sea views and sun on the terrace. The apartment is spacious and has quality furnishings, air-conditioning and a modern kitchen with American fridge. Overlooking the marina of Port de Alcudia means that with only a few steps, you are at the fabulous beach of Alcudia with its miles of golden sands and clear blue sea. There are a variety of restaurants and shops around the marina and boat trips to various parts of the island across from the apartment. Should you wish to discover the rest of the island Alcudia makes the perfect central point for you to travel by boat, by bus or by car. The apartment has Air-conditioning heating throughout, making it an ideal summer or winter let. All rooms are spacious especially the lounge diner with patio doors opening on to the terrace where you can enjoy "alfresco" dining as you enjoy the view and have breakfast in the morning sun.

About the Owner

Hi we are Manolo and Antonia the owners of the the Alcudia marina apartment. We have a seafood restaurant called the Cocodrillo, at the Cocodrilo marina in Mal Pas, Bonaire (to the right of the old town of Alcudia).

We hope you enjoy our wonderful apartment which is where we hope to spend our retirement. Do come and see us at the restaurant and enjoy our Mediterranean cuisine. Manolo often catches the fish himself.

Fantastic Family Holiday!

Perfectly located apartment to reach everything on foot - ideal with 2 children under 3! Very clean, well maintained and spacious; generously sized bedrooms and a stunning view.

Lovely Marina, Beach, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Shops a stones throw from the apartment, but not noisy at all. Loads to see and a great place to stroll. Alcudia Old Town is just a 20 minute walk from the apartment and a nice place to visit.

The Owner met us on arrival - very friendly and helpful, yet doesn't speak any English. However an local English contact is on hand to help with anything and was very accommodating.

Would I change anything about the apartment - no. Unless I was being really picky; it could benefit from Wireless which would have been helpful to entertain the children as English Speaking TV channels were limited (although this is available at most local restaurants/bars) and a few more kitchen utensils - currently lacking a vegetable peeler and a frying pan! Other than that, can't fault it.

Would definitely recommend this property and are hoping to re-visit next year.

Location

From the Owner

We take pride in our apartment and have furbished it to a high standard as we would wish for ourselves. The location is so ideal and we enjoy sitting on the terrace watching the activities in the marina and the beach. Alcudia has everything you could want on your doorstep and within walking distance you are in the countryside. It is also close enough and far enough away from our restaurant for us to be able to take care of our guests. Or maybe sit and have five minutes peace.

Nearest Airport : Palma de Mallorca at 58 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Alcudia at 100 Metres Car: not necessary

Water sports, walking, trekking, sailing, scuba diving, cycling.

Coast/Beach:

You are overlooking the beach and the marina. Only seconds walk from the door and you can enjoy miles of golden sands with the most Cristal clear waters. Hire a boat that is moored in front of the apartment or catch the glass bottom ferry.

Travel:

Palma airport is 40 mins away by car.

The Port of Alcudia boardwalk has won awards for it's design and has become a popular place for locals and visitors to the North of Mallorca. Alcudia beach is the best beach on the island. Miles of golden sands, no roads nearby, a wonderful path the full 14 K length of the beach that also has beach cafes, showers and WCs so you can spend the whole day there.

- The Roman city of Pollentia, founded in 123 BC, placed at only 1 mile.

- The Roman theatre, exceptional for being carved into the stone, placed at only half mile.

- City of Alcúdia medieval, walled enclosure within which lies the village of Alcudia, place at only 1 mile.
