Apartment in Albir, Nr Altea, Costa Blanca, Spain - Local To All Amenities And A 10 Minute Stroll To The Beach And Village Centre

Albir is a popular holiday resort situated close to Altea on Spain's Costa Blanca It has grown from a small community in the last few years into a great holiday destination. Albir beach is pebbly with clear water and has been awarded the blue flag of the European Community for the quality of its water. The esplanade attracts everybody for pleasant strolls along the seafront. Albir offers plenty of bars and restaurants with live music and entertainment in the evenings so there is usually something for everyone to enjoy. Res Estibaliz is a private residential community based in town centre but with secure gardens and pool providing a peaceful environment for your holiday. The pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard providing comfortable areas for sun bathing and swimming. The lovely beach is a mere 10 min stroll away past the shops and restaurants in this peaceful cosmopolitan town. Wonderful views of the mountain ranges are provided on one of the balconies.

About Martin Rosbotham

As a kid we holidayed in Spain every year and eventually we got used to the spanish way of life.

I love the pool and most days it is like having your own pool in your garden.

We eat out every night as the restaurants are very good and reasonbly priced.

Over the years we have many fun packed holidays in Albir watching our kids grow up and meeting many good friends.

We bought the apartment due to all the family loving the sea and sun and thought we would benefit over the years having somewhere of our own.

albir has good warm temperature all year round and is central to all major towns and villages for exploring.

Would we come to apartment again? No. But only because we have moved to Albir. Would we recommend it? Yes without hesitation. The apartment complex is very nice with well maintained gardens and a lovely pool. The apartment itself is lovely, it feels like a home, furnished to the owners taste and specifically for this apartment. It is also fully equipped with everything you could need and more besides. We genuinely self catered throughout - how often have you been self catering to find it consisting of a toaster if your lucky - not so here. I would imagine that the books, DVDs, CDs and games are for the owners convenience, but leaving them all out for the guests is a nice touch and again made the place like real home. All in all a very good stay. Elaine.

Fantasic week

We stayed in this beautiful apartment during the last week of August 2016. We had a fantastic week. The apartment is excellent and as described. There was loads of storage, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely sitting/dining room - everything was immaculate. The complex was lovely and felt very safe and secure. The pool was fantastic and our 13 year old daughter, who is a keen swimmer loved it. There is a cafe bar just outside which was great for breakfast some mornings. There is a great supermarket across the road and a Lidl close by. Although the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering we ate out every evening. Albir and Altea has a great range of restaurants and we had lovely meals out. The no. 10 bus just outside the apartment takes you to Benidorm one way and Altea the other. Buses were regular and great for getting around. Communication with the owner was very straightforward and easy. We loved Albir and the surrounding area and hope to book this apartment again in the future.

excellent holiday

This was our second stay at this apartment and as with the first had a fab time. The photos do not do it justice as it has a more modern look and well maintained. There is a wide variety of eating places to choose from within walking distance and shops and bus stops on the doorstep.

Will definitely be back again next year and more

Lovely Albir

My sister and I had a week in Albir to visit our family who live in the area . We know Albir very well visiting the area the last 28 years . The apartment is very clean well maintained . The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking . A fabulous Spanish supermarket across the road . Their fresh produce was excellent and most essentials bought from there . . Bars cafes and resturants all in walking distance of the apartment . The apartment is on a lovely complex and as all amenities are on your door step a car is not required . The taxi rank is a short walk away if you require that service . We have given the apartment 4 stars it would have hot 5 if it had its own internet . We would return in the future .

A dep of 25% is taken on booking with bal reqd 10wks prior to arrival. A £50 bond is required which is refunded once checked following your departure and keys returned. Vacate the property by 10am on the morning of your departure to enable us to clean for the next arrivals. Arrival time is from 4pm. The deposit is non refundable if cancellation is within 15 wks of arrival. Balance is non refundable on cancellation. (subject to mitigating circumstances)

Changeover Day:
Totally flexible on changeover days as I know some weekdays and times are more competitive for flights.

Notes on accommodation: Ceramic tiled floors throughout with large rugs for winter months. Suitable for children with shallow pool area and secure gardens. Outside: Well kept gardens and routinely cleaned pool provides an ideal for relaxation in the grounds. The position of the pool and gardens provides sun all day long but with palm trees which provide some escape from the sun for the kids on those warm days. The community is totally private and accessed by a secure door and can only be used by residents/guests. This is ideal for kids to play and your peace of mind. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided (including beach towels). The apartment is cleaned prior to arrivals and at the end of the stay. Other: Balcony has patio table and chairs and awning for sun control.
