The Costa del Sol area has approx 300 days of sunshine and the average temperature around 19c. Makes it an ideal place to visit for those seeking warm weather. There are numerous blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The area is also well famous for golf.

Very impressed with our recent stay at the House.

House was clean with all Home from Home Essentials to make it a comfortable stay, nice en-suite shower room with Family bathroom on second floor and AC through out the House

Kitchen was well equipped to make Breakfast and Lunch.

Great Location with lovely park across the road which our toddler enjoyed as children's playground area next to snack bar which was great for evenings.

Very quite residential area with a short walk to the Beach which has the best Beach Bar serving amazing food.

Recommend a car if you want to venture out a bit otherwise if you just want pool and Beach you can manage without one.

Petrol station at the end of the road by the Beach has all the basics to get you buy - Water, milk, eggs, bacon, bread, snack food etc.

Great location, comfortable surroundings!

The property is situated conveniently on the outskirts of Estepona and a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The communal pool is literally on the doorstep and the house is securely in the gated area so it is perfect for families. The property is very clean and well kept, it has all the expected facilities (nice kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and air-conditioning) it's really a home from home.

The house is located next to the small town of Sabinallas which is the host of a variety of supermarkets, banks, shops and restaurants with the small port of La Duquesa a short drive from Sabinallas. All other resorts such as Gibraltar and Marbella are no more than a 30 minutes drive away

I would sincerely recommend this to anyone wanting to holiday in the Costa del Sol.

Delightful Paradise Away from Hustle and Bustle

I don't know about you but when I go on holiday I like to relax, soak up the local culture, eat out and do a bit of shopping. !! My partner on the other hand would probably put golf and a good wine bar at the top of his wish list.

Luckily we both found our paradise on a quick week away in Casares and loved this wonderful town house for lots of reasons. Firstly it's clean, very secure, overlooks a swimming pool and has a great patio for bbqs.. Secondly it is a stones throw to a great beach, fab restaurants and lots of great golf courses.

Thirdly it is handy for lots of places but is so peaceful and relaxing.

We loved nearby Duquesa with its quaint marina and waterfront restaurants and bars. It's full of charm and has been called the next Puerto Banus.

We hired a car and visited Puerto Banus and Marbella (about 25 and 40 minutes away) for cocktails and of course the shops.

Back at base we did a lot of reading, relaxing, talking and drinking. All in all a great holiday and one we would recommend to anyone who likes a bit of peace and quiet (with the odd adventure thrown in ) .

Fantastic- we will be returning

Myself and my husband took our four children this August. The directions that the owner had given us were very easy to follow and fonund the town house with no problems. We were very impressed when we arrived as the town house and surroundings were lovely. We had a very relaxed holiday which suited us just fine but we did take a trip to Gibratar which was brilliant- only took 20 mins. We also went to the zoo- once again only 20 mins and I would reccommend the zoo if you have young children as there are elephant, girrafes, tigers etc....The townhouse itself has every thing there to accomodate you and your family and the supermarkets are only a few mins by car. If you dont feel like cooking there are pleanty bars on the beautiful beach which again is located only 5 mins walk away. We had a wonderful time and will definatly be going back !!!!

Further Details:

Sabinillas and Duquesa are the nearest two towns, they have a large number of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and supermarkets. Street Markets in major towns in different dates.   • Notes on accommodation: The property has 3 floors and fully air conditioned with separate controls on each level to give visitors a choice of adjusting the temperature required. The air conditioning units also provide heat in the winter months if needed. Outside: There is a large outside sun terrace facing the newley opened Nature Park, The splendid views of the sunset and the mountains beyond. The large expanse of grass around the pools offer a perfect spot to lie down and relax and soak up the sun all day. The development is gated to provide privacy for residents and safer for children. The well maintained garden at the back provide such a lovely private area to relax and enjoy your BBQ or just enjoy the Sun and the views. Utility Room: Space under the stairs on the lower floor to stow away suitcases and/or golf clubs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and will change midway through a 2 weeks stay.
