An attractive apartment with 2 double bedrooms, private garden, secure parking and pool and lovely views. Situated in La Sella, Pedreguer Nr Denia an attractive, well maintained urbanisation with views to sea and mountains. Close to a very good 27 hole golf course which was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, Golf driving range, Marriot hotel with gym, massage and beauty treatments, hair salon and restaurants. On the urbanization within walking distance there are riding stables, tennis courts, a very good and friendly restaurant/bar and small convenience store. Long sandy beaches and the towns of Denia and Javea are within 10-15 minutes driving distance. There is also a new shopping mall that can be reached in 5 minutes with shops, restaurants, a bowling alley and cinema with several screens. The area is very attractive, the climate is just right in fact it is a recognised WHO area one of the healthiest in Europe!

About the Owner

We live on La Sella in the top apartment of the villa, so we will be at hand to welcome you and show you around. We know the area well and can answer any questions regarding places to go, restaurants, beaches, shops etc. The apartment is on 2 levels with lounge diner and bedroom 1 on one level and kitchen, hall, bedroom 2 and toilet on the other level. The apartment is well provided with kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. There are ample towels and linens provided. The apartment is no smoking.

Wonderful villa with views to die for, we had the most relaxing ten days I can ever remember. David & Carol were the perfect hosts with just the right balance of integration when we wanted something or for a natter about the area etc but equally total privacy when required. The pool was excellent because it was a decent size, clean and positioned in the most spectacular spot. We will most definitely be returning.

Great villa with large private pool, outstanding view!

Just wanted to thank David & Carol for a wonderful holiday this summer the villa was beautiful and the kids loved the pool!! I was most taken aback by the outstanding view and location very peaceful and calm in the evenings but close enough to town and beach. Our holiday was exactly what the doctor ordered after a busy working year for me and my wife, thanks again!!!.

Wonderful holiday in Spain

We had a really lovely time staying at David's and Carol's property. Everything was perfect for our 3 week stay.

The property was very well equipped for our stay, it had everything we needed and more. It was also extremely comfortable, clean and very spacious, so we felt very comfortable staying there.

The owners gave us a lot of advice on the area which was very much appreciated as we went out nearly everyday. The position was important for us too and this property was in a perfect location for us to easily access the beaches, restaurants ect in no time.

We also enjoyed the pool which was so relaxing sitting around and enjoying the amazing views.

We left feeling very relaxed and spoilt, so thank you David & Carol for a wonderful, special holiday staying in your property!

What a fantastic place to stay. This is our third stay here and we have already booked in for next year. The private pool makes you feel like a celebrity, the villa itself is spacious and full of all mod cons required for your stay. Wifi and Sky TV kept the kids happy whilst we enjoyed a bottle of red wine and olives looking out across the spectacular views of La Sella, Montgo Mountain and the golf resort all the way out to the sea front. David and Carol the owners are very approachable and have excellent knowledge of the local area including places to eat and drink. Thank you for another wonderful time staying at your villa.....see you next year!

From the Owner

We had a holiday home in this region and we decided to buy a home for when we decided to live here permanently, we love the area because unlike a lot of coastal Spain it is very green, it also has one of the healthiest climates in Europe. As we are in an elevated position we have the best of both worlds views to the sea and the mountains. There are almond and orange groves which look beautiful and the aroma of the orange blossom is wonderful. It is a very safe area and people are very friendly. We are situated almost midway between Alicante and Valencia airports about I hour drive and we are only 5 minutes drive from the main A7 which makes access very easy.

The long sandy beaches are only a 10 minute drive away with sun loungers and umbrellas available to hire. There are restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy lunch or an evening meal with a leisurely drink watching the sun go down over the Mediterranean. Bliss!!


The apartment is situated midway between Alicante and Valencia airports and can be driven to in an hour. We are also only a 5 minute drive from the main AP7 motorway which makes access easy.


Javea 6km, Denia 4km. La Sella Golf 2 Km and Oliva Golf 10km and Benidorm with its Terra Mitica and Sea World 25km.

Further Details:

The apartment is situated on the La Sella complex and has excellent Riding stables which offer tuition and hacks into the local countryside. There are also several tennis courts and coaching is available. There is a very friendly bar/ restaurant which offers a wide range of dishes spanish and international and also a childrens menu. A small convenience store offers freshly baked bread on a daily basis. There is a chemist on site where the chemist speaks good english. There are several large supermarkets close by the nearest being in La Xara a 5 minute drive, also in La Xara are restaurants and banks. Denia which is only 10 minutes drive away is very well serviced with banks, supermarkets, restaurants, etc

From the Owner

It is quiet but within easy reach of towns, shopping, reataurants and entertainment a new shopping mall is only 5 minutes away, there is also a small 'corner shop' and restaurant just down the hill. Riding stables and of course golf are very close in fact you can see the golf course from the apartment. It is very easy to drive into the mountains where 'old Spain' is very much in evidence, small whitewashed villages, lovely views, and plenty of history. The beaches are sandy and the water fairly shallow and safe, but there are also rocky coastline areas which are beautiful to look at and offer snorkeling opportunities. The general atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried but if you want to sample the night life it is available in Denia and Javea just a few kilometres away
