Utility Room: Iron and ironing board, washer drying horse, Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen all included. Mid stay bed and towel change and cleaning for holidays of 2 weeks or more.

They say - Location, Location, Location - I would like to add Apartment, Apartment Apartment! because there is nothing you could fault about both. This is our second time in Cabanas and by far this location and apartment was the best. You are only 3 to 4 minutes walk to Water Taxis to the beach, restaurants, supermarket the the beautiful broadwalk that runs the length of the town. The holiday was great! The apartment and the complex were fantastic and honestly it could not have been better. It is a no brainer venue for anyone who wants to vacation in Cabanas. (we may be back!!) Congrats to the person responsible for the decor of the apartment.

Special interest holidays:

Spanish Border is only 20 mins and Saville is 90 mins drive away. Ideal base for walking or mountain biking with local shops renting bikes for most of the year.


Cabanas has a fantastic beach which is accessed by a 2 min boat journey from a jetty 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are beds and parasols to rent and a cafe for cool drinks and snacks


Cabanas is 4km away from the larger Town of Tavira. There is a local train that runs along the coast and is useful for those who do not wish to drive. A car is not essential unless people want to explore further afield and the apartment is a 30-40 minute taxi ride from Faro airport.


Built on either side of the river Gilao which is spanned by two low bridges (one Roman), Tavira is without doubt the most beautiful town in the Algarve. The town's main industry is still fishing and its independence of tourism adds to its charm. Everything seems to centre on the palm-lined river, from restaurants and tiny bars to the daily fruit and vegetable market and fishing boats. The town's old buildings, most carefully preserved, complete the perfect picture.
