A beautiful, spacious, elevated, secure, modern villa in Quadradinos on the cusp of the famous Vale do Lobo golf course. The villa is 25 minutes from Faro airport, circa 1 mile to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and golf. The tennis academy is 2 minutes walk away. It is air conditioned with wifi and satellite television (limited), an outside entertaining area with a 5 x 10m heated pool (heating chargeable).

About Peter Brown

Romy and I live in Scotland and love to visit the Algarve whenever we can. We fell in love with this villa on first sight. It is very private (the garden & pool are 3m above street level). We bought villa Rosedane to enjoy, however due to elderly family circumstances we are unable to visit as often as we would like. The algarve boasts lovely long warm summers. We carry out redecoration prior to the season starting.

The kitchen is well equipped and we are close to many excellent restaurants, only 10 minutes’ walk to Vale do Lobo golf club house and 15 minutes to the Praia (Praca) & beach.

Why Peter Brown chose Algarve

We love Vale Lobo and wanted to be in the area, to enjoy the amenities, (tennis, golf, riding, beaches and restaurants). After looking and spending time visiting we bought villa Rosedane, for its location on the edge of VDL. The area is very quiet since purchasing the local tennis courts have been refurbished and offer visitors a warm welcome. We can walk to the mini market and collect shopping, walk to restaurants, the playwark for our grandchild and the beach. Our absolute favourite is Paixa- an excellent tapas opened only 3 minutes walk away (advance booking is advisable).

What makes this villa unique

Rosedane sits in a private spot to enjoy as much or little of VDL nightlife without it disturbing your visit

The outlook from the villa is wonderful. We are located 3m above the street level and allow privacy when enjoying the pool and sun loungers having a BBQ.

The proximity to the mini market is perfect and we are within walking distance to the golf clubhouse and Praca, yet far enough to avoid the party goers returning home in the early hours of the morning.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had staying at your villa, we returned home yesterday to the cold and rain! We had the most amazing weather from start to finish while we were there, the children had a great time playing in the pool....it really was the relaxing break we were hoping for.

Notes on accommodation: Our villa consist of a master bedroom on the upper floor, an en suite that includes twin wash basins, bath shower bidet and w/c. The similar applies to one bedroom on ground floor level, the other does not have a bath. A family bathroom opposite the twin room. A dinning room, sitting room and kitchen. Outside: Patio with dining table, coffee table & chairs, heated pool 5 x 10m, sun loungers. Terrace on upper bedroom has coffee table, chairs & sun loungers. Pool towels are available in the villa. Utility Room: Washing machine with tumble dryer Clothes horse Iron & ironing board Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service daily Monday to Friday. Towels & linen changed as appropriate. Other: Outside entertaining area with dining area, bbq and table tennis. The villa has a small stock of board games and books.

The beach is sandy, runs from Quinta to Vilamoura. there are many beach type restaurants and bars worth visiting.


Faro airport is 25 minutes by car. Hire car facilities are available at the airport.

Car hire is not essential as our agents have a taxi service and a number of bars and restaurants are within walking, however I should stress, pavements not available always. Small mini market 5 minutes walk and pavements are available.
