1 bedroom apartment On 2 Floors, Sleeps Up To 3. This apartment is well loved and for use by friends and family. Ideal for a couple. No smoking inside. Situated on a maturely planted complex just 5 minutes walk away from the sandy horse shoe shaped beach making it safe for young children. There is a large swimming pool and children's pool, both having been completely refurbished in September 2010. Nearest supermarket is 100 metres away. Within minutes you are in the resort centre, with a multitude of bars and restaurants. Lovely stroll along front or catch free bus to a shopping mall with cinema and bowling alley. Opposite the mall are 2 golf courses with driving range. The apartment has its own patio where you can sunbathe privately leading into the living room with adjustable ceiling fan and a sofa bed. There is satellite TV. Downstairs the lounge has a fitted kitchen area with a breakfast bar plus a cloakroom with WC. Upstairs has a bathroom and a bedroom leading out to a private balcony. Wi fi is available. Unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Coast/Beach:

Only 300 metres away is the golden sandy beach, shaped like a horseshoe, making it safe for young children. The rocky coast is 100 metres away.

Travel:

Fuerteventura's only airport is 8 kilometres away and costs around 15 euros by taxi. Flights available from many UK airports currently via Thomson, Thomas Cook, First Choice, Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair. We offer a transfer service with our property manager to take you to the airport at the end of your holiday. The cost for this is 15 euros and is Bookable with our Manager upon Arrival at the Apartment Meet and Greet. Subject to availability.

Distances:

Our apartment is in the heart of Caleta de Fuste. The beach, restaurants and bars are all just a stroll away. Situated 13 km from Puerto del Rosario.

Further Details:

There are several banks, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Something for everyone in Caleta de Fuste. Water sports are very popular with windsurfing, scuba diving, jet skiing etc. There is also mini golf, tennis, fishing, ten pin bowling and golf at the 2 golf courses. Catch the little "road train" up to Montecastillo where a market is held on Saturday's. Have a ride on the camels along the beach. You can explore the unspoilt island and the 150 beaches by car or take a ferry trip to Lanzarote for the day. Otherwise you can just relax by the pool at the apartments and enjoy the sun.

Booking Notes:
There is a 50% (non refundable) deposit required to secure your booking.
There is a £50 (€70) security bond per booking (payable to our manager) which will be refunded on return of keys and confirmation of no damage. The balance for the booking is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

Changeover Day:
Change over days are flexible. Please contact us with your enquiry. Apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Departure from the apartment by 10am. We will be as flexible as we can with the above subject to availability.

Notes on prices:
An additional £35 per week is charged for each person above 2 sharing.

Payment 50% when booking with balance payment 6 weeks before date. Payment accepted by cheque or direct transfer.

  • Notes on accommodation: This apartment is ideal for a couple or family. It is a peaceful complex occupied also by tenants and owners, suitable for both children and the elderly. No smoking inside. For entertainment there are several bars and restaurants all around just a few minutes stroll away. Outside: The property has its own patio surrounded by Hibiscus and Bouganvillea where you can sunbathe privately. There are 2 sun loungers a patio table and 2 more chairs. There is a large communal pool and a small childrens pool. There are loungers and parasols around the pool. Utility Room: Washing machine and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Mid holiday linen/towel change can be arranged and paid locally to our property manager. The property is cleaned before and after your stay. Please bring your own beach towels. Other: Downstairs cloakroom wc and hand basin. Ironing board.
