Located on Nerja's oldest and prettiest streets Calle Carabeo this lovely 2 bed apt is on the first floor of a beautifully maintained complex of just 16 apts on 2 floors.The apartment has beautiful sea views from its south facing balcony while a second balcony overlooks a shared and enclosed garden.The apt has 1 double and 1 twin rooms,newly renovated fully fitted kitchen which has all mod cons including marble counter tops. The well equipped bathroom has a double walk in double shower. All linen provided. Ceiling fans available in all rooms. Baby equipment can be provided on request. For winter lets radiators provided.

Lovely, Clean Apartment with all of the Amenities!

This apartment was in a great location of the beach town Nerja! Everything is within easy walking distance....shops, food marts, the Balcon! Cooking for ourselves was not a problem as the apartment had all of the amenities. The ability to do laundry and hang to dry on the roof top terrace was a plus! Thank-you Anne for sharing!

Fell in love with Nerja 13 years ago. Since then spend our annual holiday and Nerja never disappoints us. We bought here because of the super location and the unique Spanish feel that Nerja still retains.

Activity and Interests


The beach is two minutes walk from the apartment.


Malaga airport is the nearest airport approx 40 mins drive. Pick up at the airport can be arranged by request. Granada airport is approx 1hrs drive to Nerja.


Rental rates


  • Booking Notes:
    Bookings are carried out via e-mails and phone. 50% deposit on bookings. The balance needs to be received 3 weeks prior to the departure date.

    Changeover Day:
    Changeover day is Saturday but we are flexible especially during winter months and repeat bookings.
    Arrivals after 2.30pm and departure 11.00am unless otherwise arranged.

    Notes on prices:
    Christmas,N ew Year, and Easter cost 350 euro per week.
    Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have effective ceiling fans for the summer months. Suitable for 4 people. All bed linen is supplied.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is access to a huge roof terrace which has stunning sea views and sunbeds are available for clients. This lovely complex is comprised of 3 floors with the swimming pool on the ground floor and access is provided by steps outside to the first floor where the apartment is and second floor where the roof terrace is. Facilities provided include hob/oven fridge, microwave, washing machine, satellite t.v., fans in all rooms, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, 2 balconies and a roof terrace, pool sun beds and an enclosed garden. Outside: The beautiful shared pool which the apartment balcony overlooks has lovely views of Burriana Beach. The swimming pool has beautiful mosaic tiling and is extremely well maintained. There are communal sun beds and a shower available. The outside of the complex is also extremely well maintained and has flowers and potted plants. There is an enclosed garden to the side of the building and the complex also has a huge roof terrace with stunning sea views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be clean with fresh bed linen and towels when you arrive. Additional bedlinen and towels are supplied for guests staying 2 weeks or more. A cleaning service can be easily arranged by request. Beach towels can also be requested. Other: The south facing balcony has beautiful sea views and overlooks the pool, is beautifully tiled,has 2 awnings,table and 4 chairs just perfect for all meals! The other smaller balcony has a table and 2 chairs,and a huge roof terrace with sunbeds for clients.
