The penthouse is a 2-story penthouse with 160sqm buildt space and 180sqm of terraces. It offers views onto the sea (incl. Africa and Gibraltar) and also towards the mountains. It is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor and has an elevator. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is upstairs. The other 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths are downstairs next to the living room, dining room and the fully fitted kitchen. The penthouse is withing walking distance (700m) from the beach that offers water sports (such as kiting) and other beach activities. It is very easy to relax and to spend quality time at Dunas Green while on holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is a very good alternative for those wishing to stay in a hotel but would prefer the privacy and size of their own apartment. It is quiet and peaceful - perfect for families with young children as the swimming pool is fenced and has a lifeguard on duty during summer months. Smoking inside is forbidden.

We love the climate and the beauty of Andalucia, both the mountain side and the beaches. Dunas Green is a quiet and gated community with a wonderful pool in the middle of a tropical garden.

If is important for us to feel safe at all times and to enjoy the nature surrounding us but at the same time to be close to shopping and entertainment facilities.

What makes this apartment unique

It nice and quite but within 5-10 minutes we can be in the middle of the "action".

The pool area has many sunbeds and umbrellas and is guarded by a lifeguard during summer months. Free WiFi at the pool is available. Padel-Tenis courts can be used by all visitors. During summer months there is 24/7 manned security and 12/7 during low season. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned before the arrival. One set of clean linen and 2 towels per person will be arranged at the beginning of the stay. Extra cleaning and washing can be arranged against additional cost upon request. Other: One of the bedrooms can easily be converted into a work or office room with desk and free WiFi internet.

The beach is about 700 meters away. It take less than 10 minutes to walk and about 3 minutes by car. Right on the beach you there is "Heaven Beach Bar" and some very luxurious hotels and communities as well as several restaurants.


The distance from Malaga Airport or from Gibraltar Airport is about the same, approx. 68 km. Form Malaga it now takes about 35 minutes to get to the penthouse which is located in the urbanisation of "Dunas Green". In any case a (rental) car is recommended. The urbanisation is about 500 meters from the main road (A7). Please contact owner for a detailed description on how to get there (it will save you some time).
