This luxury villa is situated in an elevated position at the top of La Manga Club at a sought after spot where you will enjoy a relaxed holiday with views over the Mar Menor and the beautiful hills and golf courses on your doorstep. Child-friendly with little passing traffic, stair-gates fitted top & bottom, 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs, car seat & plenty space for everyone.

The villa is only few minutes walk from a selection of restaurants, shops & bars at Bellaluz and, Los Molinos and a few steps further the rest of the club. Given our location at Las Terrazas de Montemares you can be sure there is something for every holidaymaker, with guaranteed luxury when staying here. There is ample accommodation throughout. The villa, which comfortably sleeps 10 people is spread over 3 floors. It comprises 2 full-sized kitchens, one on the lower ground floor and one on the entrance level. The villa has recently been renovated to a very high standard with new Villeroy and Bosch bathrooms, newly painted and new lighting fitted through. The villa gives ample space for all sizes of parties and is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday in La Manga Club.

Notes on accommodation: This is a magnificent property, luxurious throughout, with excellent facilities only a stone's throw away. In addition to the many activities already listed, visitors need travel only a very short distance to enjoy waterparks , go-karting and the famous Calblanque Nature Reserve where you may spot endangered species such as sea turtles & eagle owls. Outside: Sun loungers are allocated just outside the villa on the lower ground level and are accessible to all. There is also a private barbecue, table and chairs, providing further space to enjoy alfresco dining. The large swimming pool, with separate childrens' splash pool, is shared with only a handful of other properties and never seems overcrowded, even during peak season. Utility Room: The utility room, situated on the lower ground floor, is equipped with an automatic washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Heating and air-conditioning included. Linen/towels and pool towels included. A maid service is available at an extra charge, details available upon request. Absolutely Perfect !

Our stay here could not have been better. Top class accommodation with everything you need. We were there to play a golf tournament at La Manga Golf Club and the property is perfectly situated for this too. The owner is extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Excellent, top marks! We’ll definitely book again!

A superb family home that has every comfort you need while on holiday

We have been coming to La Manga for over 20 years and have stayed in many places throughout the resort. As the kids get older your priorities change and you are looking for a bit more privacy. This property affords you the privacy when you want it with direct access to the communal gardens as well as the lovely pool and you can choose when you want to socialise with your neighbours. The nice thing is that the pool is never overly busy too. The property has had a lot of work done on it since we first went with friends about 10 years ago and now all the bathrooms have been superbly replaced and everything is brand new. There is plenty of space for everyone and its location near to Bellaluz allows you to walk to lunch or dinner without worrying about having a drink or two. This property will not disappoint.

Amazing vacation, exceeded our expectations

What an amazing, amazing place. This is a wonderful villa, probably the only place we have stayed where the pictures do not do it justice! The owner has paid great attention to detail, the interior of the house, the bedrooms all with their own bathroom and the very well equipped living room and kitchen ensure every luxury and comfort. The villa is immaculate, well thought out, spacious and clean and has a fantastic swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect holiday in La Manga Club

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in La Manga Club. This villa exceeded our expectations and is perfectly located, only 7 minutes walk to Bellaluz square. We only used the car for supermarket trips and trips outside the resort. The villa is spacious for a large group, is immaculately clean with beautiful, modern bathrooms and is equipped with everything you may require. The well maintained pool is steps away and never busy, so access to sun loungers is not an issue.

The owner was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and provided detailed information about the resort and the surrounding area in advance of our trip which we found very helpful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone planning a visit to La Manga Club.

Beautiful villa, stunning setting, wonderful holiday

This gorgeous three story villa has ample space for 11 people. The beautifully simple and cosy decor makes it a very comfortable and homely place to stay. The pool is perfect for young and older children and is kept immaculate. The local small supermarket in bellalutz will deliver to the villa but to get the best choice and value having access to transportation is useful. Taxis are expensive and buses unpredictable so investing in a hire car is well worth while. The resort itself is filled with good restaurants and the main pool/sports centre is only a gentle 20 minute amble, but a car enables you to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. Communication with the owner was excellent and I had no issues with any stage of the booking. I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury.

Ten minutes walk from the villa is La Cala, La Manga Club's private beach. There are 3 main beach areas in this region, each with their own characters: the Mar Menor beach, sandy and leading to the calm, warm La Manga del Mar Menor lagoon; the Mediterranean side of La Manga strip, on the Eastern coast of the region, has a sandy beach leading to the open sea; on the southerly coast, the landscape is different again where the beaches, although still, are mostly surrounded by rocky areas.

The Junior Club is open all year round and is situated close to the Tennis Centre, providing a range of supervised activities for children aged between 3 months and 12 years, allowing parents to relax. The centre is fully air-conditioned and has been designed with children in mind.

The spa and wellness centre has 13 treatment rooms, including 2 couple's rooms and 3 deluxe spa suites, a spacious gymnasium and fitness studio, jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, fun showers, and a 6-lap 25-metre indoor swimming pool.

Various sailing centres and schools are available to rent you sailing equipment or give you basic, intermediate or advanced lessons in windsurfing, water skiing or sailing. There are also diving schools offering PADI certified courses and activities.

Cycling is one of the healthiest and most exciting ways to discover the resort and its surroundings, from the green golf courses to the stunning cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean. The terrain varies from fairly easy roads with some hills within La Manga Club or the miles of flat, easy routes around the Mar Menor, to challenging off-road routes and some serious gradients in the hills surrounding the resort.

La Manga Club is also the ideal destination for walking and running. Bordered on two sides by a natural park, it is virtually unequalled in offering numerous, little-frequented trails through unspoilt countryside, only a stone's throw from the villa.?? The hills surrounding the resort offer some excellent walking and jogging routes, with well-marked paths and many stunning views.

Horse riding is just one of many activities that can be enjoyed whilst at La Manga. The stable yard is in the local town of Los Belones, which is no more than a few minutes drive from La Manga Club. The name of the horse riding stables is 'Rancho de la Fuente'.

La Manga Club enjoys over 25 restaurants and bars, some only a 10 minute walk away, others within only a few minutes drive.

Changeover Days
