Our house is fully equipped to provide the ultimate in self catering holidays. The kitchen has everything you will need, including a dishwasher. The private, south facing garden is lovely and has outdoor dining furniture. The local bus service is excellent and frequent. The buses run every 15 minutes throughout the day and evening. Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town train stations are only 5 mins away. London ia an amazing city, spend an unforgettable day out with the kids or indulge in some unique shopping opportunities. London has it all and is only 25 mins from Coulsdon. 20 mins to Epsom Racecourse, famous for 'The Derby' and 45 mins to Brighton seaside resort, voted one of the Top 10 city beach break destinations in the world, Brighton & its beachfront are legendary. The shopping centre is fantastic. Coulsdon is also a golfers dream location with 7 courses nearby. A perfect holiday.

I love helping people out with their holiday arrangements, organising the airport transfers and food packs and best of all I love the guest reviews that I receive when they return from their relaxing holiday. I have been advertising with Owners Direct for many years and personally know all the staff (who are lovely) as I worked for the company for a few years. Notes on accommodation: Master bedroom 15.02' x 11.01' (kingsize bed). Bedroom 2 14.04' x 11.01' (2 single beds) Bedroom 3 8' x 7.06' (double bed). A large family bathroom containing a separate shower, bath and WC a further WC is also available. The living accommodation consists of a beautiful lounge with comfortable furnishings. Internet access available, and a 60 inch TV screen. The dining area has direct access to the kitchen and the back garden. Our rates include utilities: electricity, gas, water, cable TV, wireless broadband, bedding and towels. The property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra. Outside: The front of the house is set back from the roadside with a garden forecourt with lawn, shrubs and off street parking for two cars. To the rear of the property is an attractive mature and scheduled south facing garden. A variety of mature shrubs and trees and flower beds and lawn area. Garden furniture seats 6 Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided, the property will be cleaned before your arrival. Other: Both Tesco/Asda deliver to the house - why not plan ahead and have your shopping delivered soon after you arrive. Tesco store in Caterham only a 5 min drive

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Katherine. Spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée et décorée avec goût, c'est une maison bien située pour visiter Londres (bus au seuil de la maison, puis train vers différentes gares/quartiers de Londres) ou prendre l'autoroute qui ceinture Londres et sillonner la région (Harry Potter, Windsor, Canterburry... par exemple). Nous avons trouvé des commerces proches, des restos tout le nécessaire: une adresse à retenir!

Amazing property

We were thrilled with our stay at Tollers Lane. After travelling the UK for a few weeks prior & encountering some lower than acceptable properties it was so wonderful to find this place. The property was exceptionally clean, modern & delightfully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped (more than any place I have ever stayed) with milk & wine in the fridge to boot! The back yard made for a great haven for our two children to stretch their legs & smell the flowers, they were also delighted by the fish tank!

I cannot fault this property at all. Kathy was brilliant to deal with, always quick to respond to emails & helpful in every way. I would recommend this property to anyone & will be staying here again if we travel to the UK.

So convenient...

A great house to stay in for a family! The house is is an excellent location with easy access to public transport, shops, parks, pubs etc (We loved the bakery and fish and chip shop 3 mins walk away!). A beautiful English garden and everything we needed was provided. Many thanks to Kathy who was so friendly and helpful. Best wishes to you!

Lovely house

I highly reccomend this property, well mantained, very clean, it includes anything you might need. Lovely furniture and garden. Most of all, lovely host, who made sure we had everything we needed. We went there with a child and a baby, and it was spacious enough for the kid to run around. It was also well connected to London, with a bus stop just across the road, then with trains to central London.

Quiet and nice area for walks as well!

nice holidays

Dear Cathrine,

we very much liked our stay in your house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed sitting in your nice garden. Not to forget that our children were impressed by your TV. The location was quiet, yet close enough to the bus stop and the train station. The only thing which could be improved are the toilet seats.
