Excellent stay loved the apartment , fantastic location and loved Valencia
On arrival met with Maria the housekeeper who was fantastic in showing us around the property even with our limited Spanish.Everything was very clean and bright. We loved the roof terrace and found the apartment very spacious for our party of five. We would recommend to anyone the apartment and if we visit Valencia again we would return.

It was our first visit to Valencia, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Downtown Valencia is a very nice and cozy place and Antonia's apartment was without doubt a great choice for our visit.
It is located in a very quiet street, yet very near to the heart of historic Valencia and easily accessible by car -as it was very close to a main road. Besides, it has a small private parking space.
Antonia's recommendations of restaurants were really helpful. As Antonia, we could also highly recommend the restaurant right across the apartment!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 26 glorious days. The location is perfect. I lived in Valencia for four years about ten years ago so I knew this was the place. It's quiet, well appointed with wifi, two bathrooms and plenty of space. There were four of us, but we could easily have been five or six. We'll definitely be back.
Gracious apartment, excellent location
The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and centrally located to access all the sites. Great communication with the host, even though she was not present. Very clean, and very quiet - excellent for sleeping and accommodating several people at once. Our family of 6 including 2 young grandsons found lots of room to expand and noises did not bother the others. Lots of restaurants and cafes closeby and proximity to the Turia Park was fabulous. Everything you need in a charming location. we had a lovely stay at the apartment for the 'Fallas' . A beautiful apartment with all you need and fantastic local information provided by the owners. I would not hesitate to book again.
Location & local advice faultless
Two families stayed here in September 2013. Location in the old town amazing. Very nice apartment and balcony very good for a glass of wine before venturing into the old town and its many restaurants for dinner.
Best thing about this apartment was the wealth of local knowledge provided by the owner, Antonia - right down to which vendor to buy from in the Mercado and what produce best at the time of year.
We loved our stay and wish we had had longer. You can't go wrong with this apartment.

“The immediate appeal was a rooftop duplex in the heart of the old city approx 200 metres from the cathedral. Trinitarios is one of the prettiest streets in Valencia. The property is a quiet refuge from the bustle of Valencia and has all the facilities we wanted in a home. What we enjoy is being able to walk to so many attractions.”
Activity and Interests
6kms to the Malvarossa beach - 30 mins by public transport - 30 mins cycling to beach along riverbed going past the Calatrava famous buildings, the Opera House, Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias, the Oceanico.
Nearest airport : 13 kms by taxi approx 15 euros, by direct line on metro (cost is 4.40 Euro) to Alameda station. Only 30 minutes from airport to apartment. Easy walk from metro station.
Railway station : 2 kms - 15 minutes walk.
Car hire is not essential, everything is walking distance or biking and public transport nearby.
Walking distance to most places of interest, 3 mns to the Cathedral, 10 mms to the Mercado Central, museums, shopping district, restaurants and cafes and night life, all the doorstep.
