BATHROOMS: 1 bathroom with shower attachment and wash hand basin. Separate wc.

KITCHEN: Fully fitted kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, combination microwave and fridge/freezer.

UTILITY ROOM: Ski locker with heated boot warmers.

LIVING ROOM: Main living area with balcony overlooking the valley and Mont Blanc. Fully equipped kitchen. Lounge with twin pull out sofa bed. Dining area.

CLEANING/TOWELS/LINEN: Linen, hand towels, bath towels and bath mats are provided. End of stay cleaning : all we ask you to do is not leave the apartment too dirty.

The apartments are situated in the mountain village of Les Coches with stunning views from the balconies of the Tarentaise Valley and Mont Blanc. The apartment building has been built in the traditional Savoyard style. Ski in – ski out on the piste to Montchavin, just below the Les Coches pistes and only 30m to the nearest lift. The apartments are in a tranquil setting, only a 5/10 minutes walk to the village center with shops, small super market, tourist office, ski hire, restaurants and bars. The apartments are conveniently located close to slopes, lift system, ice skating rink and only 150m to the ski school meeting point. There is a free bus to the village below. There is free parking in front of the residence. These luxury apartments are privately owned, individually furnished and equipped to the highest standards.

About Linda Dunglison

We left the UK in June 1997 to do a 6 week summer season in Peisey Nancroix for a crazy paragliding instructor, as Chalet Hosts. After we find ourselves a property to rent and start our own business. We found a small 3 bedroom house in Peisey and we rented a converted garage for ourselves to live in (known as the hovel).

We ran Maison Rose for 2 winter and summer seasons. The first season we had a total of 30 guests so, faced with no work, we learnt to ski properly! By the end of 1998/9 we had enjoyed our first descent of the Bellecote with local ski instructor Frederique. We were also full that second season so started to look around for a bigger chalet for the following season. Which is how we came to Les Coches and started our catered and self-catered business.

Nearest Airport : Chambery 1 1/2 hrs, Geneva/Lyon/Grenoble 2 1/4 hrs at 116 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : La Poze, Le Roxor, White Lines at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Calais at 650 Kilometres Nearest Train : Landry 15 mins, Bourg St Maurice 20 mins at 10 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Albertville Motorway at 59 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : La Poya, La Poze, Le Monchu, L'Origan at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Piste to Montchavin at 0.03 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Winter sports plus summer sports including walking, climbing, white water, horse riding, sight seeing etc.
