This unique 2 bedroom detached villa is one of few in El Capistrano Village that has a private pool. This gives you the opportunity of enjoying the undisturbed privacy of your own pool, as well as getting full access to the large community pool areas with bars and restaurants.

The villa has underfloor heating in winter and air-condition in summer. Two large terraces offer sea and mountain views. With patios facing east, south and west you can catch in the sun (or the shade) all day. It is a very tranquil place with the private walled garden housing mandarin, passion fruit, banana, olive and avocado trees.

There are a lot of butterflies and birds song in the air. Do not be surprised if you hear bells as well, just across the road a heard of goats munch away on the grass from time to time. Yet the wonderful town centre of Nerja is only 20 minutes walk (or 5 by car or bus) away. The same goes for famous Burriana Beach with its many restaurants, beach volleyball courts and water sports.

At the entrance of El Capistrano Village there is a tennis club with both tennis and padel courts for hire. Here you also find two large, well-sorted supermarkets, Mercadona and Super Sol. Inside El Capistrano Village there is a minimarket, cash machine, restaurant and local pub, The Cave Bar.

Lovely villa

We spent a week in this lovely villa in May. The villa is very much home from home with everything you could possibly need. El Capistrano is a very pretty village and very well maintained. Nerja town is a 25 min walk downhill but there are buses to bring you back or taxis at €7. Johan was very helpful during the booking process as was the lovely Rita who met us on arrival. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return later in the year.

stunning

i have stayed in el capistrano many times before, but i have to say this is the best villa i have stayed in, Johan the owner is extremely helpful. the villa was spotless, when we arrived we were met by rita who looks after the place and she was very nice, the views are wonderful. it is only a short stroll to a local supermarket, there is a restaurant on capistrano as well and also the cave bar.i would definitely recommend the villa to anyone.

Wonderful villa!

We must say this is the best villa we have stayed in. . The initial booking process is simple and straightforward, Both Johan the owner and Rita, the lovely lady who looks after the villa couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely touch from Johan, it was my birthday while we were there and he sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers.The villa is furnished very tastefully and has every comfort, making our stay perfect. It is situated in a very peaceful location with wonderful views of the mountains, the sea and surrounding countryside, but is within easy walking distance of Nerja, a lovely Spanish town, with lots of tapas bars, restaurants, beaches and good shopping.

We would not hesitate to come back to the villa, Capistrano in the sunshine is a most beautiful place

Switch off and relax!

We have returned to the villa so many times. This year was very special, as a family, with our baby girl and all the perfect facilities needed for a trouble-free holiday.

The villa feels very homely, clean and spacious and you can't help but relax and switch off from the minute you arrive. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay - whether as a family, couples, friends etc.

In addition, the villa is very unique and special with its own private pool for more chilling on lilos and swimming too! The pool is set in beautiful, well maintained gardens. Plus there's an outside shower which is lovely to shower outside in the garden and warmth of the sun too!

There is a lovely beach you can go to if you fancy a change.

The position of the villa means all day sunshine but plenty of shade if needed too - which worked well with our little one.

We'd have coffee on the upper terrace early morning through to BBQ's on the bottom patio - sipping a glass of fizz as the sun goes down!

Nerja is a lovely part of Spain and the villa is in a perfect location and beautiful setting - the road runs on the outside of El Capistrano making it a safe and quiet location. Stunning views and beautiful walkways - it has a very Spanish feel to El Capistrano. No two villas/apartments are the same so it doesn't feel like a holiday complex more a private village/community.

There are good amenities on El Capistrano too. Nerja town is easy to get to from the villa - you can walk, taxi or shuttle bus where you'll find restaurants, bars and shops to suit everyone's needs. You are made to feel welcome by everyone. So, you can stay at the villa and cook (local supermarkets are well stocked) or you can go out every night if you want to.

Johan, the owner, is extremely efficient and customer service is second to none! He can't do enough for you and makes the booking process so simple. The team that support Johan in Spain are also helpful and friendly.

We could go on about this villa and location all day long ... we love to stay here so much ... we've booked for next year :-)

Fabulous villa, excellent location

The villa was perfect in every way from its peaceful position in Nerja but yet near to supermarkets and a pleasant 20 min stroll to the Balcon and beaches.

The villa is very well equipped for meals and BBQ and restaurants are within easy reach.

Both the owner and onsite managers of the property were helpful throughout the booking process and our stay.

No wonder this villa is booked a year in advance , but well worth the wait !!
