Apartment in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife - Beach Front Location

This duplex apartment has been totally refurbished. It is south facing, overlooking the swimming pool. There is a main bedroom with twin beds and a small second bedroom also with twin beds.

There is free WiFi around the swimming pool.

Flat screen TV with Spanish, British and other international channels.

All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly, except beach towels.

It is a well maintained apartment and is suitable for families.

This apartment is peacefully located yet close to all amenities. It is a very well maintained complex with plentiful gardens and a large saltwater pool that is heated in winter. There is a pool cafe serving refreshing drinks and tasty food 8.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. daily. There is also a hairdressers, beauty salon, car hire, money exchange, supermarket, etc. on site.

There are excursions galore on offer: A trip up mount Teide in a cable car, Loro Park, Siam Park (the free bus is only a 5 minute walk away), horse riding, whale and dolphin watching, the list is endless. For the golf lovers there is Golf Las Americas, Adeje Golf, Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur within a 15 min taxi ride. For the water lovers, there is an excellent water sports centre (surfing, windsurfing, paddle surf, etc.) a five minute walk away.

Outside: Parque Santiago I has a large sea water pool and a separate childrens pool. Both pools are heated during the winter months (November to April). The apartment is set in well kept tropical gardens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned for arrival and the bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Other: There is a balcony from the lounge which is equipped with table and chairs and clothes dryer.

Altenative Apartment But Absolutely PERFECT

We stayed in an alternative apartment than the one advertised and it was absolutely superb. It was a two bedroom apartment over two floors with an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen had everything you could need , including coffee machine, washing machine, hob, microwave and plenty of cups, glasses, bowls, cooking utensils. The lounge area had a table and chairs, very comfy sofa and chair and a good sized tv with all the main English channels.There were two patios - one from the lounge that had a lovely view of the pool with table/chairs/parasol & access to the pool area. The upstairs patio was off of the main bedroom and had two sunloungers on it. The sun was on these patios right through until 5pm

Both bedrooms had lots of storage space (even for cases) and there was a safe in one of the rooms.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and was really a home from home. The whole process dealing with Tina (and her daughter) was so smooth and easy from our initial enquiry to checkout - both online and in person

Highly recommend both this apartment and Tina

Delightful Studio, close to everything !

We stayed at an alternative apartment to the one in photos, it is in Parque Santiago 1. One bedroomed studio which was delightful, very clean, good location, the double glazing helps dull any early hour noise. Great complex ,everyone very friendly . Will recommend it to anyone . Very good service from Agents couldn't be more helpful. Close to all amenitiesjust a short walk gets you anywhere, the lift to 3rd floor makes it accessible to all.

GREAT, VALUE FOR MONEY HOLIDAY APARTMENT

The apartment has been refurbished to a good standard and is in the perfect location. Located on a quiet resort close to an excellent selection of quality restaurants, bars and amenities. This was an ideal base for our October break and definitely home from home. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Tina & Roxanne.

Great Appartment, great position !

Appt is just as described, good view of the pool and gardens, no steps to negotiate, very quiet, close to the bar (closes at 6pm so no noise) would be happy to recommend it to anyone. Stayed at PS1 before but this is a better appt. Oh and by the way ! don't miss the champagne Sangria at happy hour, its the best ! Close to all amenities, bars etc but far enough to keep it quiet at night .Will be back!

Parque Santiago I is located right beside the beach and is a two minute walk away from the apartment.

Travel:

Nearest airport Reina Sofia, 15 minute drive away. Plenty of on street parking around the complex if hiring a car.

Distances:

Parque Santiago I is located in the centre of Playa de las Americas and a 5 minute walk away from the famous "Safari" centre where all of the best bars, restaurants and shops are located. The centre also has a nightly water and light show.

Further Details:

The complex of Parque Santiago I has an onsite pool bar/restaurant with internet access. On site supermarket, beauty salon, hairdressers, car hire and money exchange.
