Located near the typical Spanish hamlet of Las Casillas, the large, character, hillside Finca has been sympathetically restored by it's current owners. The ground floor level, a completely independent 1 bedroom apartment offers comfortable, very spacious accommodation for guests.

There is an abundance of rustic features whilst still having every modern amenity you could need. The large sitting room has a dining area seating 4 persons.The fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you would need for your stay.

Outside you have a large private,covered terrace for dining and relaxing.From here some steps lead to a large pool side terrace.

The house is surrounded by olive groves and almond trees with unrivalled Lake and Mountain views. This is the ideal place to get away from it all and to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the beaches, countryside and moorish villages of Andalucia, all just a short drive from the house. Recommended for adults who want to have a taste of true Spanish life yet be near busier towns and coastal resorts of the Costa del Sol.

The owners use the upper level which has 2 bedrooms,a spacious sitting room, separate dining room and large modern kitchen. This is also available for holiday lets from June to September,prices on request.The apartments can be rented individually or together.

Notes on accommodation: Sorry no pets. Smoking is allowed as long as it's outside. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years due to the rustic nature of the apartment and surrounding terraces. Outside: The apartment has it's own shaded private terrace for dining alfresco. A gas barbecue, table and chairs are provided. The pool (7x4m), which is used occasionally by the owners and who make sure it sparkles, has a huge terrace with plenty of sun loungers. You can sit and admire the views and terrace gardens in the shade of the olive trees.The views from both terraces are breathtaking and really seeing is believing! Relax in the Hot-tub/Jacuzzi under the stars! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels provided weekly. You are kindly asked to bring your own beach/pool towels. There is no additional charge for electricity, towels, linen or final clean. Other: On entering the apartment there is a bright furnished reception area. Access to your private, furnished terrace for outside dining.A few steps down to the wonderful swimming pool terrace. Excellent views towards La Maroma, the mountains and countryside.
