This terraced three bedroom, two bathroom villa. Roof terraces and private garden and patio is set amidst an exclusive private complex. It offers a communal pool area with child friendly swimming pools surrounded by palm trees. It is situated a 5 minute walk from Cala Pou and Cala Egos beaches, restaurants and shops. Just a delightful 5 minute walk away you will find Cala D'or Marina which is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe, it is surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars offering a variety of cuisine.
I live in Madrid (Spain) with my three children. We also spend most of our holidays in Mallorca. Their beautiful Calas with light sand and clear water as well as the peaceful sailings in the evening and the animated and lively village, made us to choose this place to enjoy our holidays.
We took this property six years ago as it complements the other apartments that my family has on the complex. We have holidayed there many times since 2001, I enjoy the peacefulness of Cala D´or. Other than that, in Cala D’Or there is something for everyone and this was a real selling feature to us. It has two great beaches, bars, restaurants and a lovely picturesque Marina which is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe, it is surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars offering a variety of cuisine, all within 5 minutes walking distance. We also try to develop the apartments each year adding something beneficial to your stay.
We provide bathroom towels in the Villa. On the complex you have the choice of 8 communal pools and with 2 children's pools close to the apartment. We have satellite TV, DVD, CD player and air-conditioning. Beaches, bars and restaurants are 5 mins walking distance. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from both in Cala Egos and Cala D'Or all with different menu choices, but if you decide to stay in and just relax in the Villa you can get take aways or even cook yourself as there is a very reasonably priced supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the complex.
The villa was lovely and included everything you could possibly need. The Marina D'or 11 complex is large and well looked after, with at least 8 different pools you can choose to swim in. The closest pool is literally outside the garden gate! The private patio and garden is ideal and it gave you a chance to sunbathe in private! It is situated perfectly for both the beach and Cala Egos town, which are a 5/10 min walk away. The marina at Cala d'or is also only a 10/15 min walk away! A great holiday was had by all! Only thing missing was wifi to keep the teenagers happy!

Coast/Beach:
There are seven sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala D'or, 2 of which are within 5 minutes walk of the villa.
Travel:
Palma International Airport is approx. 45 minutes away by car. We do not arrange a car from the airport. That should be done by the costumer. It should not be a problem cause there are a lot of offers. Hiring a car is not essential once at the villa, although it can be also arranged locally for sightseeing and days out. A taxi from the airport is around 80 € (4 people max.).
Distances:
Cala D'or Marina is within a couple of minutes walk. Cala D'or town is a delightful walk around the marina. Approx 20 mins. Cala Egos and Cala Pou beaches are only 5 minutes walk. Local shops, Supermarkets, Pharmacy and doctors are all within 5 minutes walk. Caves of Drach is 20 minutes by car. Palma City with its beautiful cathedral and cosmopolitan shopping is about an hour drive. Aqua City is 40 minutes by car and Marineland is an hour drive.

Cala D'or is a delightful, chic resort situated on the South East coast of Mallorca. It boasts 7 sandy beaches lapped by inviting turquoise water. The marina is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe. It is surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars, offering a variety of cuisine. There is an attractive golf course about 10 minutes drive away at Val D'or, out of season this needs to be booked 2 months in advance.

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the full balance needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable £200 damage deposit is required with the balance, which will be refunded on return of the key.
Changeover Day:
The changeover day is flexible. We are also flexible with the checking-out time: in case your plane leaves late at night you could stay in the house longer but you should inform us about it. Comment it to us in your email
