Apartment in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura - Perfect Location in Quiet Complex with Easy Access to Popular Amenities in Town Centre

Our apartment is poolside with a walled south facing sun terrace with a lockable gate. To the rear of the property there is a secure & secluded terrace ideal for evening barbeques. Esmeralda is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful island of Fuerteventura or somewhere to relax and enjoy the stress free lifestyle. Flights are available from major UK airports with several airlines and from Ireland with Ryanair and Aer Lingus. Caleta de Fuste is only a five minute drive from the airport. It is a very pretty upmarket resort with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants. There are no high rise buildings there which add to its appeal. It is a family and couples friendly resort and has lovely safe beaches for children which are rarely packed. There is a very efficient and cheap public transport service in the area.

Outside: The property is south facing and benefits from direct sunlight most of the day. The patio is on 2 levels which allows for direct sun and a shaded area overlooking both the main pool and the jacuzzi / kids pool. The patio is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs and a parasol is provided. We also provide 2 wooden sun loungers with cushions.The patio is enclosed by a low wall and access is via a lockable gate making the space particularly safe for young children. The entire pool complex is surrounded by a wall and access is also via a gate. The property also has a "back yard" which backs onto a residential street via a locked gate. This area provides additional private space for relaxation or as a safe play area and is ideal for evening barbeques and is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.It is fully enclosed by a 6 foot wall on 3 sides. Utility Room: A Washing machine is provided for guest use and a large fridge/ freezer which is handy for larger groups or families. Mops and brushes etc are provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is normally cleaned after each group leaves but a mid holiday linen change can be provided at local level for 20e. All linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. Beach towels are also provided. Other: There is a large enclosed area to the rear of the apartment which is ideal for evening barbeques (Supplied) and is a safe place for children to play as access to the street is via a locked gate. There is a table and 6 chairs on the patio overlooking pool.

Booking Notes:
We normally request a non refundable deposit of €100 per week booked and the balance payable within 6 weeks of arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by bank draft in either sterling or Euro.

Changeover Day:
Because of the variety and frequency of flights now available to Fuerteventura we do not have a set changeover day. We will endeavour as far as possible to accommodate guest requirements but we do ask for flexibility to allow for cleaning etc.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
