Villa in Cala D'Or, Mallorca - Quiet Location, 3mins walk to Marina, 7 minute walk to nearest beach Cala Es Pou

The property was built in 1985 and has had 2 major renovations since then, the last being 5 years ago with the addition of the master bedroom on the top floor with an en-suite 30m2 master bathroom and dressing room. Every room has ceiling fans with the master bedroom air-conditioned. There is a parking area for two large cars. The house sits in a quiet community of 3 detatched houses which share a main private pool. Privacy and sun is assured all day on the upper two terraces of the house. We are renting the house for 6 occupants. We are part of this community with 2 other private houses on site.

We had a boutique hotel for years in Cala D'or which we have had to give up for personal reasons. The house was bought as a residence/sanctuary for us away from the hotel.

The convenience of it centralised yet quiet location. Ease of getting about either in the car or on foot.

Refundable Damage Deposit £150

Booking Notes:
We require a deposit of 33% (non refundable) on booking and request that the remaining payment is made 8 weeks prior to the day of arrival at the villa. All monies must be paid by direct bank transfer. A damages deposit of 100 pounds sterling for one week and 150 pounds Sterling is due with the balance and is returned on inspection that everything is deemed to be ok.

Changeover Day:
We have no preferred changeover day and the house is for use until 10am on the day of departure. We have flexibility on request.

33% Deposit when booking is placed.
Balance of payment and security deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival at villa.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Pool / Spa:

Outside: There is outdoor furniture for all three terraces, recliners for the pool and a barbeque to use. All this equipment is private. The pool is triangular and is roughly 15mts x 8mts. It is 1.7mts deep at far end and 60cms deep in shallow end. Pool has built in steps at shallow end. There is a good sized patio area next to the pool which gives good space for sunbathing and surrounding that is the garden area for sunbathing on the grass. Utility Room: Kitchen worktop with sink, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and the house can be cleaned once a week for a fee. Other: The lounge, kitchen and dining area are situated in the middle floor in a studio style. There is a separate TV room with a Sofabed for use on the same floor as the kitchen and dining room.
