This town house apartment is in a very central location with nearby shopping. The Bus Stop, Exiles Rocky Beach, Spinola sandy beach, and the seaside promenade of Sliema and St Julians are only 5 minutes away. The bustling fishing village of St Julians is only 15 minutes walk away along the beautiful promenade which is ideal for evening walks along Malta's most popular restaurant districts of Sliema and St Julians. Nearby there are two casinos, 10-pin bowling alley and a cinema complex plus entertainment centre - all within 30 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The sea off the rocky and sandy beaches near the apartment is very clean and crystal clear. The beautiful sandy beach at St. George's Bay (Blue Flag Standard) is only 30 minutes walk away.

About the Owner

My wife and I are a retired couple in our 70’s. My wife was a qualified teacher at the United Nations International School in New York for 3 years and in a local church school in Malta for 20 years. I was in Malta Government employment in various administrative positions. My hobby is sailing on my own boat, when time, weather and wife permit. We love travelling and our travel experience has provided us with a good know-how as to what guests expect when renting accommodation overseas. You will receive the same service that I would expect to have.

We are four students that spent this holiday here. The apartment is comfortable we enjoyed our stay. Benny is such a nice person, he took us sailing with his boat. The sea is near and you can just walk to it and to Saint Julian that is the center of the nightlife. The public transport are near the house and it is easy to find bus stops. The apartment is nicely decorated and as described, close to all amenities and in a great residential area. It has everything you could possibly need if you are on a self-catering stay. Having a washing machine enabled us to travel with less luggage. The owners were helpful and supportive, keeping in touch by telephone, email and providing free local use of telephone and wifi. It was an opportunity of an apartment which was selling at a very reasonable price and it was our first ‘investment’ in the property field. We turned it into a double clinic to be rented to doctors and later on we passed it on to our son to use it as his main export- import office. He has now moved house and office to another site in Malta and we refurbished this apartment to accommodate vacation seekers on short or long lets. Sliema is an upmarket business centre and very close to main shopping and entertainment areas; beautifully basking and wading its shores in the blue Mediterrean sun and waters. A grand promenade stretches from one end of the Sliema coast up to St Julians – the night life centre of Malta.

Within half an hour walking distance one finds the main night life entertainment area. Bus Stop (5 minutes away from the apartment) to travel to Valletta (the capital city of Malta) and most other coastal towns and villages with their beaches or country walks like Bugibba, St Paul's Bay, Mellieha, Paradise Bay, Cirkewwa (the ferry terminal to the sister islands of Gozo and Comino) ranging from 15 minutes to 45 mins by bus.

The apartment lies opposite St Gregory's Church and next door to liquor store, quaint bars and coffee shops to fully-fledged restaurants further down the road. A butcher, greengrocer and stationery are a corner away and hawkers with their fresh fish and vegetables sell their wares within 'hailing' distance.

Booking Notes:
Payment in euros can be made via PayPal, Bank transfer or certified cheques.
A 200 Euro deposit will secure a booking. This amount will be applied as a breakage fee and will be refunded (less damages, if any) on the day of departure. The rental fee is to be paid on arrival.

Notes on prices:
Prices include water, gas and electricity use but not air-conditioning/central heating. These are metered and can be provided against payment. Please contact us for details.

Cable TV/Radio and WIFI are free as well as maid service (once per week) to clean and change linen.

A starter pack of fresh food such as bread, butter, milk and similar items can be prepared on request against payment.
