Fabulous cottage in beautfiul countryside

  • 5 of 5

This really was a fantastic family cottage, with everything you could possibly need. Very clean, spacious with lots of activities for our children to play with. Table tennis, basket ball, football nets, bikes, badminton, and of course a fabulous pool, which was a lovely temperature in the hot sun. We couldn't get over how quiet it was when sat on the patio watching the sun set, so peaceful and set in the most wonderful grounds. The large bathroom and kitchen were immaculate with modern facilities and the shower was excellent. I would highly recommend this cottage, and Tracy the owner was so accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in may properties over the years, L'Aubuge Haute is by far the nicest Gite we have stayed in. The welcome pack was amazing allowing you to relax without the worry of dashing to the supermarket straight away! The house is ideally located to explore if you want to, its so peaceful should you decide to hideaway for the duration of your stay, the house is so well equipped you will want for nothing! My children loved the games and the use of the bikes. The house and pool is immaculate, Tracey was an absolute pleasure to deal with from booking to ensuring everything was ok whilst we were there. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous Gite! Thank you again Tracey & Nigel for sharing your beautiful Gite :-)

Fantastic

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in a lot of properties in the 10 years of traveling through France, this one is by far the best. Beautiful property very well equipped with everything you need. Excellent and well thought out welcome pack on arrival. The gardens and surrounding areas are stunning. The pool was lovely and well needed as some very warm days. All in all a truly relaxing holiday in a beautiful home, did not want to leave and will hopefully return soon. Tracey and Nigel are excellent hosts, would recommend this property to anyone.

fantastic house in idillic area

  • 5 of 5

a beautiful house with absolutely everything you could need for a relaxing (or energetic) holiday.

the grounds are amazing with plenty of room for kids to run wild and free and plenty of sporting equipment to keep them entertained.

the area is very rural so great if you want to get away from it all. would definitely recommend this property.

oh and the owners are really helpful if you need any advice.

We have just spent a fantastic week at L'Aubuge Haute. It is fair to say that L'Aubuge Haute is not a your ordinary holiday cottage , in fact it is a well loved family home you are invited & encouraged to enjoy to the full . The House is set in extensive secluded grounds overlooking beautiful countryside .Inside, the house is beautifully renovated and equipped with every possible need, complete with many thoughtful additional touches , such as the welcome pack. Nigel & Tracy Prosser are generous hosts . We look forward to coming back.
