Farmhouse in Pollensa, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Very Peaceful Spot, Only 10 Minute Drive To The Beach.

The property is situated in a rural location and is part of the "Serra de Tramuntana" natural park which has got the " UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE STATUS".The villa is reached by a narrow country lane off the road to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometres from the old town. The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond. Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a swimming pool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property.

Stunning villa in peaceful location

Joan and his family could not have been more welcoming. The villa is incredibly comfortable with everything supplied that any family could need. We had both teenagers and my elderly mother staying with us and everyone fell in love with the villa and surrounding area. The joys of eating on the terrace trying to spot wild mountain goats, or the housemartins swooping down to drink from the pool will live long in our memories. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday :)

Palma international airport is 54 Km. from Pollensa. Car hire is essential to get to the property.


4km from Pollensa old town.

5km to the nearest supermarket.

5km to the medical center.

6km to the golf course.

Further Details:

It is a wonderful place to start mountain walks to get to higher viewing points where you can see the complete Pollensa bay and Formentor cape.

An awning between the house and the pool provides shade for outside lunch. Barbecue area with fridge/freezer. A little gate leads to the orchard with lots of walnut trees. Utility Room: Laundry room with washing machine, and ironing equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fully equipped with towels and linen. The property is cleaned twice a week and towels and linen are changed every Friday.
