Bathroom with WC, bath/shower over, large cupboard for towels, toiletries, etc. Living room has 28" HD satellite TV, DVD/CD player, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, sliding doors to private furnished patio directly overlooking the pool (as seen from the opening photograph) and adjacent to the tennis court.
Luxurious ground floor apartments in a modern, purpose built gated complex set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Ideal location, directly overlooking pool and tennis court. They are furnished to the highest standard both including air-conditioning and satellite TV. Just 5 minutes drive from the sandy Blue Flag CTO beach and a short walk takes you to the traditional village of Pyla where you will find a range of tavernas and shops. It is an excellent location for exploring the rest of the island just 15 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Larnaca which has a Riviera atmosphere heightened by its palm-lined promenade and the easy going style of its many open air cafes. As the home of the islands main airport (20 mins away) Larnaca offers you the first view of Cyprus with its beautiful salt lake, home to colonies of flamingos in the cooler months. The nearby Troodos Mountains are a pleasant diversion rich with nature trails.

Why Simon Want chose Larnaca region
We chose this area for its peaceful setting yet convenient access to the airport and all the main attractions the island has to offer. The beaches really are truly some of the best in the world combined with the island's history, climate, cuisine and some of the friendliest and most helpful people we have ever come across make this a holiday we never fail to enjoy. This is why we come as often as we can.
What makes this apartment unique
We can fly from a choice of airports and when we land be only 20 minutes from the apartment. We can arrange pick up from the airport for those who prefer not to drive although since driving is on the left even this is less hassle than most destinations.
Both apartments are furnished to a very high standard and we have added some extra comforts for your convenience from high chairs and booster seats, beach and pool equipment to games and DVDs/CDs.
You will find an information pack to help guide you to various shops, activities and restaurants.
Email your dates and any extra requirements, your booking will be confirmed once we have received a £200 security deposit. We suggest that you phone or email to discuss options regards your stay or any queries you may have. The balance must be paid into our account no later 1 MONTH before your expected arrival date. The security deposit shall be returned upon completion of a satisfactory inspection of the premises after the let. This may take up to 14 days.
We do not have a preferred change over day as we understand flights are available throughout the week.
Notes on prices:
These apartments are ideal for a long stay throughout the winter months to escape the long northern European winters. We are happy to discuss prices for longer lets. Please contact us for details.
There is internet available in E2 (2 bedroom apartment) but not in A3 (1 bedroom apartment). INTERRUPTION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY WILL NOT RESULT IN A REFUND OF RENTAL FEES AS THIS IS A FREE SERVICE FOR OUR GUESTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED CONNECTIVITY.

It was lovely. Very friendly people about. Mixture of people who lived there and visitors that all without exception had holidays there before so that speaks volumes. This apartment stones throw from pool which was great.
You would need a car though for shopping eating out etc.

Activity and Interests
Cyprus is surrounded by beautiful, clean, sandy beaches. The water and sand quality are excellent and blue flag beaches are numerous. The closest beach is the Blue Flag CTO beach in Pyla and is only 5 minutes by car. Our favourite so far is Konnos beach (you can see a picture of it in our other photos).
Larnaca international airport is only 20 minutes away by car and we do recommend you hire a car so that you can enjoy as much of the island as possible. Many car hire companies are available, most are open 24 hours a day for collection and drop off. For those who don't drive we can arrange pick up at the airport on request for an additional charge. EasyJet now fly to Larnaca from just £39.99. Also try Monarch, Thomsonfly and Cyprus Air. Paphos airport is an alternative (approx 1.5 hrs).
Pyla village is a short walk for local shops and some good tavernas. By car the seafront and Dhekelia Road are 5 minutes, Larnaca 15 minutes, Ayia Napa, Cape Grekko and water park 30 minutes. Large supermarkets are only 10 to 15 minutes by car.
You will find all the shops, banks and amenities you need in Larnaca. restaurants are a plenty and you can book trips and activities in Larnaca and Pyla. The Enjoy offices are 1 minute from the complex and they can help you get orientated and will also help with any problems that may arise. Pyla itself has no bank and although most of the island takes all major credit and debit cards you will need cash in some areas, including Pyla village restaurants. They drive on the left so great if you're from the UK but beware if you are from the rest of Europe.
We have an information pack in each apartment with phone numbers and descriptions of places to shop, places of interest and places to eat, with some recommendations along the way.
The local shops are better than you might think but the local Carrefour supermarket in Larnaca has everything you will need. The local cuisine is definitely worth a try and Melitzis in Larnaca has great value, great tasting food and is right on the sea front past the Fort in the old part of Larnaca. The phone number is in the information pack along with emergency numbers and information regarding the apartments and the island.
Watersports are superb all around the island from paragliding to scuba diving, from sight seeing to wind surfing and fishing.
Cyprus is an historians treasure trove and you are spoilt for choice but if you are up for a drive then check out Aphrodite's baths on the west of the island.
You can actually ski in Cyprus during the winter in the Troodos moutains and although the locals think it is too cold you could be skiing during the day and end your night sitting outdoors by the beach having a meal and a drink.
There is a water slide park a 30 minute drive from Pyla on the road to Ayia Napa that you can spend the day at and at a fraction of the price of Orlando. There really is something for everyone. Come and give it a try.

- Notes on accommodation: A high chair, travel cot and 2 booster car seats are available upon request and we share this between the two apartments. Elsewhere, within the complex these are available to hire but these are free to our guests if available (please book in advance). We have recently added a portable charcoal BBQ which you are free to use. However, at present we have only the one so it will be on a first requested basis if both apartments are being used at the same time. You will find guest information packs to help you while you are there and we invite you to add a note to our visitors book to let other people know how you found your stay and anything you might recommend. Towels and linen all included. Cleaning during the let can be arranged to suit and welcome grocery packs can also be ordered in advance both at a small additional charge. Car hire is easy and they drive on the left. Plugs sockets are UK 3-pin 240 V. Outside: Both of these ground floor apartments have the advantage of being in premium locations in this complex. Directly overlooking the pool and beside the tennis courts and are therefore ideal for families with young children. Whilst sun loungers are supplied surrounding the pool you may choose to have the quieter option of sitting in your own private patio. The communal pool is ideal for young children and babies, having a separate shallow area. The pool has showers outside and we have included pool toys for your use. There is a tennis court with flood lights in the evening and tennis rackets and balls are available in both apartments. We have large outdoor patios providing shade during the hottest part of the day, with luxurious rattan furniture which has padded cushions extending to foot stools. The apartment is set in a well-maintained landscaped gardens. Plenty of on-site parking is available and outdoor showers and changing facilities are provided.
