A large luxury family 4 bedroom villa located in the "Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort". with its 18 hole golf course, spa complex, floodlit tennis, bowling, restaurants, football academy and many other facilities. A prime position in the resort; it is idyllically located above the 17th green overlooking the golf course and lake

beyond. Set in private landscaped gardens, with many specimen palm trees, it includes a large kidney shaped private heated swimming pool, with weir overflow to a small paddle pool and patio below. The villa is beautifully furnished throughout, WIFI internet included and professionally managed, with numerous patios and terraces for soaking up the sun. Downstairs a large terrace and barbecue area are located adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave cooker, large electric oven, induction hob and a comprehensive supply of cutlery and crockery. Upstairs is a large lounge with satellite TV/ DVD, a book/DVD library and outside balcony with views across the golf course and countryside. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with a private patio, double bed, dressing area, TV and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and adjacent patio. Two further bedrooms, each with two single beds sharing one bathroom, with direct access to a patio area. All bathrooms include shower and bath. Close by is the fishing village of Salema , with its many delightful restaurants and unspoilt beaches, To the west are many more unspoilt beaches, the fishing port of Sagres and beyond the rugged west coastline, world famous for its surfing. Approximately 16 kilometres from Lagos with its narrow cobbled streets, fish markets, nightlife and marina.
