VERY LARGE SPACIOUS VILLA

we were on a family holiday in october this year. The villa was ideally located for beach and shops, restaurants etc and the stop for the small train through the town was just round the corner. The villa was very clean and well equipped with loads of kitchen equipment. Bedrooms all good size and plenty living space and although there were eleven of us in the villa we never felt crowded. Good sized pool although a bit cold but that was typical for October. Lots of inflatables for the kids and plenty sunbeds. The owner and his wife were both very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely Huge

We have just spent 10 days as a family party of 11 at this villa and had a fantastic time. Its enormous and allowed everyone to have their own space whilst enjoying time together. The children had the best hide and seek games ever!

The furnishings were a little tired in places but the gardens/balconies/pool/dining room etc more than compensated.

The location was great too; within walking distance of the old town and the strip (15 mins) and very close to the nearest beach (5 mins)so that you didn't have to have a car.

It was about 40 minute drive from the airport, similar to Slide and Splash water park and we enjoyed a visit to Paderne, Silves and Villamoura too.

Another fabulous holiday

This is our 3rd time staying at this villa and we absolutely love it. The positioning is perfect and the villa is stunning with fantastic pool. The owners are lovely, often popping by to see if all is ok.

This is our favourite place to holiday and hope that we will enjoy many more at this villa.

From the Owner

The property was built in 1990 in the area of 3 plots which is more or less 1000 square metres, for the family, but in 2010 they decide to rent and make some repairs and the nice swimming-pool with an area of 150square metres and also the beautiful area around with barbeque in the garden. The property has a large garden of 500square metres. Property is situated in Areias S.João/Oura in a 10minutes from all the nice locals that Albufeira can offer. Also it is easy of access and park.

The distance to coast or beaches is approximately 500m.

Travel:

The distance of nearest airport which is Faro is 30 minutes driving.

In the center of Oura and Albufeira between downtown Albufeira in a quiet and residential.

The house is situated in a quiet and residential area but from 5 to 10 minutes walking from very good restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, beaches, bars and discotheques.
