You’ll find our apartment on the 3rd floor of Le Village de Lessy - the MGM built development in the heart of Le Chinaillon in Haute Savoie, right in the middle of all the skiing. MGM properties are renowned for their quality of build, and the apartment is finished to a very high standard. A large, dual aspect south facing balcony offers spectacular views both up and down the valley and across to the skiing. The apartment is very conveniently placed for the main supermarket, shops, tourist office and restaurants in the village. Major motorways are 30 minutes away and Geneva can be reached in around an hour. Skiing is suitable for all levels – beginners/intermediates/families and the slightly more adventurous. It is easily accessed via a lift behind the tourist office opposite the apartment. The Haute Savoie is a charming and friendly region - picturesque, sporting, artistic and cultured - all set within the natural beauty of the mountains.

Booking Notes:
Bookings are confirmed when a booking form is returned with a 25% reservation fee paid. There is also a 350 euro damages deposit to be paid. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Linen is not included but can be hired at an additional cost per person. You are welcome to bring your own linen should you prefer.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible - please ask.
Guests must vacate the apartment by 10.00am and may arrive any time after 4.00pm.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is heated by highly efficient electric radiators. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. Weekly passes are available to allow use of the adjacent Pool and gym facilities, plus 10% off any spa treatments. Please ask for prices if interested. Outside: The large south facing balcony contains a table, 4 chairs, fold away drying rack and a Lafuma reclining chair which is perfect in summer (or in winter if wrapped up in a blanket in the sunshine!) Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Upon arrival the apartment will have been professionally cleaned and will be cleaned again at the end of your stay. Other: Secure underground parking space, leading to ski boot/locker room.
