This is a delightful 1st floor, 2 bedroom duplex apartment, located in the centre of Hisaronu. The upstairs bedroom is ensuite with a 2nd bathroom located downstairs. It boasts a large shared pool and private gardens within a walled complex of 16 apartments. Due to the central location of this apartment we do get booked up fairly quickly. Please check our availability calender to avoid disappointment, this is updated regularly.

About The Owner

I am licensed house manager in Walthamstow London.

My wife and I have been travelling to Turkey for our holidays for several years. So to be able to buy our own was fantastic.

We both really enjoy Hisaronu and the friendliness of all the people there

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2010

Why The Owner chose Lycian & Turquoise Coast

This has to be one of the Friendliest places i have ever been. The owners of the bars and restaurants do go the extra mile on service, which is nice to see.

The Beach is only a short dolmus ride away and is breathtaking. The experience of Fethiye fish market is a must for everyone!

What makes this apartment unique

The Apartment is located in the centre of Hisaronu close to all bars and restaurants. The beauty of this apartment is that it is centrally located making it easier to get around as it is fairly flat.

Notes on accommodation: Both bedrooms and lounge area have air-conditioning. The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors. This is a no-smoking apartment. Outside: There is a large swimming pool with separate childrens splash pool. The pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens. There is poolside furniture including sunbeds, parasols and tables. We also have a large cane table and chairs on the balcony for outdoor eating. Cleaning / Towels / Linen The apartment will have clean linen and towels for your arrival. For stays of 2 weeks there will be a middle clean and towel/linen change. For stays of 1 week there will be no clean or towel/linen change. Should you require extra cleans or linen/towel changes these would need to be pre booked and would incur additional charges. Other: Patio has large wicker dining table with 6 chairs.

Brilliant Apartment , Perfect location

This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and it wont be our last as we have booked again for nest year. The apartments are well maintained and are excellent in standard , cleaned inside 3 times a week and outside every day. This actual apartment is a great size and well designed furnished to a very high standard. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and maybe to many people working in the gardens at times, the pool is never over-crowded or noisy. Would highly recommend staying here due to the perfect location , only negative is no WIFI, close the main supermarkets so no need to walk far with groceries, the apartment is well equipped with everything you will need including towels, even an emergency drawer with bits and pieces, always people around locally if you have any problems and they get fixed without any issues, for us 10/10 without a doubt. hopefully we can use is a few times a year.

Excellent location, lovely apartment

Lovely apartments, pool is a lovely size and bigger than we expected. Excellent location, we used to come home after 2am every night and the noise from the strip was very minimal. Will use again when we return.

We found all the people in the apartments very friendly.

Wonderful property

My fiancee and I spent two weeks in this apartment and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The property is very well kept and spacious, close enough to get to all the local amenities, yet far enough away from the tourists' noise. The best getaway place I've ever been to, I would choose it over a hotel any day and would love to return soon!

This is second time I have stayed in this block of apartments and once again, couldnt fault it. The apartments in general are maintained to an excellent standard and and cleaned both inside and out every day. This actual apartment is fabulous. Spacy, well designed and furnished to a high standard. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and even during busy times, is never over-crowded or noisy. Would highly recommend staying here. Only negative is the closeness of the main drag of shops, bars etc In Hisonaru, which can be quite noisy at night time.

Wonderful

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Hisaronu. These cosy apartments are an oasis in the centre of the resort. This apartment was absolutely fantastic and home from home with all facilities. The upstairs bedroom area was my penthouse for a week. The whole site is kept in excellent condition and the cleaner, gardener and handyman were available daily. The pool area is immaculate and maintained to a high standard. And with there only being about 16 apartments here, it is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend these apartments (and this one in particular). Thank you.
