Three bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa with private pool. Great location - quiet area but only 8 mins level walk to the superb blue flag beach. there are beach bars, restaurants, sun beds and umbrellas, watersports including pedalo's, jet skis, and boat rental. Ther are many amenities in the local area including lots of restaurants and bars along the strip at Cabo Roig, golf, horse riding, go karts and many interesting places to visit. Plus, an excellent health centre with pharmacy and hospital nearby.

“We bought our villa fifteen years ago and have enjoyed many great holidays and short trips. We have never tired of the area - there is so much to see and do. Also, the range of inexpensive flights and proximity of the local airports make it so easy to get to. The urbanisation is very quiet and our neighbours are great! A local couple act as agents and are on hand to give any help and advice to guests. Rather than quote "reviews", we are happy to provide email addresses from previous guests.”
Activity and Interests
The local Blue Flag beach is only 8 mins level walking and offers many amenities including beach tapas bar, pedalos, jet skis, banana boat and beach side restaurants. The local Marina has additional bars and restaurants. The Mar Menor lagoon is 15 mins drive and offers shallow, warm bathing, tapas bars and speciality fish restaurants, spa and mud baths and a ferry service to La Manga Strip where yacht and powerboat charter is available.
Murcia Airport (San Javier) is 15 mins drive and taxis are available - approx cost 25 Euros. Flights are operated by EasyJet, Ryanair, Thomson, Flybe etc. Alicante airport is 40 mins drive - taxi cost approx 75 Euros. Wide range of schedule and charter flights. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Airport pickups can be arranged.
Lots to do in the area including: Murcia City - shops, museums etc 45 min drive. Cartagena - great waterfront and old town, Roman amphitheatre, restored fortress and lots of history 40 mins. Benidorm - fantastic tapas bars in the Old Town - 1 hour. Terra Mitica - Adventure Theme Park - 50 mins. Torrevieja - salt baths, huge Spanish Market etc - 15 mins.
All essentials and a wide range of restaurants and bars are available within walking distance including supermarket, chemist, doctors surgery, banks, internet facilities.

Bookings accepted by email or telephone. Returnable deposit required on booking with balance of rental plus security deposit payable six weeks before travel. Payment in Sterling by cheque or bank transfer or in Euros by bank transfer.
Changeover day flexible depending on other bookings. Normal arrival time 1500 hours, normal departure time 1000 hours. These time can sometimes be varied dependant upon other bookings.
Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in Sterling. Payment to Spanish or English bank account or by cheque. Euro equivalent calculated according to rate at time of booking. Discount for bookings of three weeks or more.
Booking deposit required to secure reservation and balance plus security deposit required six weeks before travel. The security deposit will be repaid within seven days of departure.

- Notes on accommodation: All rooms have window shutters and security grilles and individual air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a private balcony. Outside: The villa plot is fully enclosed by walls and there is privacy screening to the front and a lockable entrance gate. There are patio areas to the front and rear of the 8 meter private swimming pool which is accessed by steps at the shallow end. The deep end is 2m deep - so please supervise children. Parking is available immediately outside the villa. The urbanisation is small and the majority of properties are owner occupied, making it a very friendly community. Utility Room: Utility room providing extra storage and equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron and clothes dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen, hand and bath towels and tea towels are provided. Washing machine is available for guests use. Mid-stay linen changes available on request.
