Accessed through electronic gates the property is totally private and secure and has four CCTV cameras for further privacy. The courtyard has ample secure parking for up to 8 cars. The villa is surrounded by 50,000 sq.ft of landscaped gardens with lemon, mandarin, cherry and olive trees. The private swimming pool is a key feature of the property and is ideal for enjoying the long hot Spanish summers.

About the Owner

I live in the UK with my partner where I run my Spanish property business from home. As well as owning our villa in Marbella and apartment in Nerja I rent out many properties for other owners. I started in 1990 when my youngest daughter was two, renting out our own apartment and then other owners asked me to rent their properties. I love my business and Spain. We travel backwards and forwards from England and only takes 6 hours from door to door! Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. We especially like to go in the winter months to capture the sun and warm days. I like running along the many sandy beaches or strolling along with my partner. New hobby is stand up paddle boarding. I also like to go to the local market for fresh veg and salad as well as the clothes!

Villa Margarita is owned by my best friend Maggie who lives in Spain. It was her home for some years until she decided to rent it out. She has made it into a luxury five star holiday home with a relaxing and comforting feel about it. Many guests return there for their holidays and we always receive excellent feedback. . Maggie goes that extra mile and puts herself out to make her clients happy. Aswell as champagne and a fridge stocked full of food on arrival she will cater for families who want to stay in for a relaxing night or arrange a party with entertainment and food. I just love this villa and enjoyed many a party night there with live music and excellent food arranged by Maggie. I have also attended weddings that my guests have booked - Maggie arranges the food, entertainment.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Funny beach close by with go karting and all kinds of water sports.

There are many activities close by - walking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, scuba diving, boating, paddle boarding, swimming and tours to the Alhambra Palace and many other tourist attractions.

Friend of mine - Maggie, organises tours for small groups to the three little white historic villages in the Alpujarra mountains just 1 hour drive away with tapas trails (and hiking if you wish) - ask me for her contact details.

Coast/Beach:

It is a 5 min drive from the village of Coin which is 20 minutes drive from the coast, Marbella and from Malaga airport. There are at least 40 restaurant and bars in Coin which is a typical Spanish village with lots of tapas bars, fish restaurants, international restaurants, also within a 5 min drive to the villas there is a shopping centre with a spa and gym.

Travel:

Malaga airport is only 20 minutes drive to the village of Coin.

Distances:

You will find beaches only a 10 min drive away where you can walk along the promenade or venture into the myriad of streets where you will find lots of shopping, tapas bars and restaurants. Gibraltar is about 1 hour away and worth a visit especially for tax- free shopping. There's lots to do and see in the surrounding area - golf courses, beaches, wind surfing and tennis.

Coin has a real Spanish feel with many tapas bars, restaurants and an excellent market on Saturdays.

Further Details:

We are sure you will enjoy spending most of your time in and around our pool or eating alfresco at our outdoor terrace which also has its own barbecue and dining terrace. There are sufficient shaded areas when the sun gets too hot and the terrace is illuminated in the evening for outdoor dining or relaxation. We have spared no expense on our landscaped garden - over 50,000 sq feet with beautiful palm and fruit trees - please feel free to help yourself to lemons for your gin and tonics, mandarins or olives for your cocktails! The gardens are large enough for a pre dinner stroll or to find a place of peace of quiet.

This stunning villa is situated in the country side with mountain views and has a 2 metre wall surrounding the 5,000 sqr mt gardens with electric gates and 4 Video security cameras and alarmed. It is a 5 min drive from the Village of Coin, 20 minutes drive from the coast, Marbella and Malaga airport. There are at least 40 restaurant and bars in Coin which is a typical Spanish village with lots of Tapas Bars, Fish Restaurants, International Restaurants, also within a 5 min drive to the villas there is a shopping centre with a Spa and Gym. Amongst its many features are under floor heating in all bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms upstairs,Double jacuzzi in master bedroom, Central music system piped in to all bedrooms and lounge, open fire, wi fi and sat tv.
