About this property

The apartment is part of a small complex, situated in a peaceful spot. It has free wifi and multi channel internet TV. It is comfortable and spacious, and there is also a private roof terrace, with use of the 8 seater hot spa and fantastic views of Polis bay. There is a parking space and lift. It is 5 minutes walk away to the cypriot restaurants clustered round Polis town square. In the opposite direction, it is 5 minutes walk to the charming Polis beach, which is fringed by a eucalyptus trees. The fishing village of Latchi, famous for its fish taverns, is a few minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the beachfront promenade. Latchi is also a water sports centre with scuba diving, power boating, sailing, and boat trips leaving from the marina. A few minutes further down the coast is the Akamas peninsula, a nature reserve with scenic walking trails, and the Baths of Aphrodite.

5 Star Apartment

Very well equipped apartment. Comfy bed, good shower. Sitting out on the main balcony day time or evening was a joy with lovely sea views. Sunroof nice place to sunbathe (even half way through November) & hot tub an added bonus. Views to sea and along the coast are fantastic from the sunroof! The apartment is located very well in that it is in a very quiet area of Polis but you are in the bars and tavernas in the town centre within a 10 minute stroll. We had a lovely week here.

Flipping marvellous

The property was fabulous, clean, well described and the area was perfect for us. Communications with property owner were great and good. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and would certainly go to this apartment and area again 👍👍👍😄😄😄

Just had a lovely 3 week stay at this fantastic well equipped penthouse apartment. Great facilities, amenities, bar and restsurant a short walk. Would definitely reccommend. Jackie was like a tourist information person.

Wonderful apartment in Polis

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay in this apartment. It’s modern throughout and was spotlessly clean. It’s very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. It’s well positioned to go into town and also a short stroll to the beach. Beautiful views also from the three balconies. Comprehensive tv package with ex pat tv with catch up and movies also. Would definitely use again when visiting Polis.

Dissatisfaction

The jacuzzi was broken 2 days before we arrived and remended broken our whole 13 days stay, which was very disappointing, as nice as the pool is its hard work carrying your sunbeds down and up 9 flights of stairs, and it gets very busy from 4 with kids, not being able to use the jacuzzi in the evening was a let down , but other than that we do enjoy the apartment, and will still book and give it1 more try next year
