Beautiful, very spacious apartment with southern exposure with a gorgeous view overlooking the mountains. It is an almost 270 degree view ranging from the Flimserstein to a glimpse of the ski gondola.

Three comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area with modern kitchen equipped with just about anything you might need. Internet (ethernet and wireless throughout apartment). HDTV 44 inch. DVD/Blueray (multiregional). 2 indoor parking spaces. Skiroom. Elevator. Handicapped accessible. Hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment. Fireplace and large balcony.

Very centrally and conveniently located. Restaurants, Pizzeria, Bar, Shops, Ski Bus within 30-40 yards. Yet at the same time unobstructed view over the fields and mountains next to a calming little creak besides the building.

Notes on accommodation: Extremely proper and clean, convenient, with a touch of homey Engadine style furnishings in living room - but newly and modern furnished throughout. Main thought when purchasing the vacation home was easy accessibility and convenience with an emphasis on quality furnishings. Owned by a German/American Family with both cultures and expectations in mind. Outside: Large balcony with enough seating for 6 people (gorgeous view!). Swimming and sauna is available through a public pool and numerous nearby hotel facilities (not included). Utility Room: washer and dryer within the apartment Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Other: laundry room washer and dryer within apartment. Parking for two cars in underground parking with lift to apartment - Ski room.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Booking Notes: Fees vary significantly between high season and off season. This web site doesn't seem to cater to this unless I add a fee schedule for every week in the year.
You will be put in touch with a local booking agency which is across the street of the property. But I'd be willing to negotiate, especially during the summer and fall season.
Changeover Day:
Saturday to Saturday bookings is preferred but we can be flexible.

Notes on prices:
Please add CHF 180.- per stay for cleaning and CHF 25.- per person for linens.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
