We bought our lovely villa 5 years ago. We holiday there when we can with our two children.

The location is perfect for us because the children can walk to all the activities without Mum's 'taxi'!!

We love it there and hope you will too.

2015 - I have now handed over the booking process to our trusted property management company, headed by the lovely Serap, simply due to work commitments. They are a British family run business that we have used for many years and do trust that they will look after you very well as they have wonderful knowledge of the Resort and have been based there for over 10 years. The added bonus they offer is that they have a Departure Lounge that you can use if you have a late departing flight and early check-out, enjoy.

“We spotted this villa on the internet earlier this year and from the pictures that we saw we felt it had everything we were looking for and we were not disappointed, in fact we were thrilled. The villa was exceptionally clean, I can honestly say that in all the holiday locations I have stayed in this was the cleanest. The villa has a splendid view of the golf course at the rear, the garden is well kept, the swimming pool clean (it gets cleaned twice a week) and the on site shop and facilities are a two minute walk away.

Would I book again, that's a massive YES and when I get back to work I am looking for dates next year so I can holiday again. The owner is superb in everything from booking to providing information, we had a fantastic time in the nicest and most splendid villa I have ever had the pleasure to stay in"

Villa Destu

I loved the resort and I am planning on returning next year but I will not be returning to the same Villa, I feel that the downstairs decor is a little tired and dated, also we were without the pool for 3 days. The location of the villa is perfect and the golf course is superb played twice. The restaurants and bars were really good as were the restaurants in the neighbouring villages. All in all a super place for a great holiday.

Fabulous!

Would highly recommend this beautiful villa - everything you need for a lovely family holiday and a fantastic location (especially for the golfer!) - wonderful views, quiet and in easy reach of 'village' centre. A hire car is a must if you want to explore but everything you need is only 15 mins or less away - Pissouri supermarket, Aphrodites Rock, the airport and Paphos....if you can tear yourself away from the lovely villa and persuade the kids out of the pool! The owner couldn't be more helpful (directions, recommendations and advice) which is an added bonus and takes any stress out of the equation. A friend stayed elsewhere in Aphrodite Hills and we realised just how lucky we were in our choice of villa and location. Have booked again for next year but staying longer this time!

Peaceful but really close to world class facilities

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Local beaches are plentiful and include: Kourion, Pissouri (with its wealth of water sports) and Avdimou, which is home to the beautiful Zias Beach Club, an exclusive beach club available to resort residents. All of these beaches (and of course there are more!) have something different to offer and are easily located from the Resort.

Travel:

We meet all our guests at the Resort, regardless of time. Paphos International Airport is around a 15 minute drive and Larnaca around 75 minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. They receive direct flights from all main UK airports from airlines including BA, Easy Jet, Ryanair, Jet2, Monarch, Thomsonfly, and Thomas Cook. Car hire is able to meet you at the airport, but best to book in advance. Taxis are available at the airports but the cost of a taxi to the resort can be as much as a days car hire.

Distances:

The resort is conveniently situated only 15 minutes from Pafos airport and 75 minutes from Larnaca airport, very close to motorway links from both. There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia to the west, a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers some good local restaurants and events in the summer; all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave. The beautiful Paphos Town is around a 20 minute drive from the Resort.

Aphrodite Hills is a luxurious golf resort set in the hills overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. In this exquisite setting, the resort offers you recreation and relaxation beyond compare.

The award winning resort plays host to a range of facilities and activities, designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated and relaxed during your holiday. These include a championship standard golf course, Tennis academy, spa, gym, horse riding stables, shops, restaurants and bars.

The Aphrodite Hills village square is where all of the facilities, activities and venues are based on resort. Events take place here regularly, including markets, dancing, local bands and activities for the children including open-air cinema, live shows and musical productions.

Other amenities in the village square include bicycle & Segway hire, cash point, 24 hour medicentre, supermarket, Costa Coffee outlet & Gallery multishop.

The Village Square bars and restaurants offer many different styles of food and provide excellent service and facilities.

There are many activities for children including a playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf. The Resort also hosts a fantastic kids club that provides childcare for 3-12 year olds, offering a great variety of indoor & outdoor daily activities. In addition there is also a crèche that takes babies from 6 - 35 months and also facilities for teens where a special Grotto club is available with a pool table, table football and computer games *(the kids club is closed for renovations from December 2014 - May 2015).

Pissouri and Paphos are also close by and offer an array of activities such as waterpark, water sports, scuba diving and more.

Outside: The sitting room leads out onto the spacious and well equipped terrace area (sun loungers, dining furniture and BBQ). The dining area is well shaded, and a large parasol is available for those who prefer some cover around the pool. The pool area is within direct line-of-sight from the kitchen and sitting room - an important safety consideration if you have young children to supervise (we know what its like!). The full-size, 8m x 4m, pool which can be heated and enjoys excellent sun from mid-morning until sunset. The terrace and pool area have golf views, and have a marvellous sense of space and light, while enjoying the privacy afforded by the established garden and adjoining trees. Upstairs, the spacious balcony is accessed from the hall or the master bedroom.
