Situated on Esprit, a quiet, secluded estate of luxury homes with a 9 hole golf course, nestled on the banks of Lake Davenport with fishing, basketball, tennis, community pool and cabana area. The fenced off back garden gives total privacy to the fully screened pool. Sliding Patio doors open out on to the large covered lanai and pool deck with table, chairs and sunloungers which gives you a spacious outdoor lounge for those warm evenings overlooking the lighted pool and gardens or those lazy relaxing days around the pool. Villa is fully air conditioned: Free local phone calls and free high speed wifi internet access. Good Management Company to help should you need them.

About Antony Pruchniewicz

My wife and I both work in education and live in West Yorkshire. We bought our lovely home from new and over the years have had many fantastic holidays with our two sons. They have now "flown the nest" but that does not stop us from enjoying our holidays together in our Florida home. We both enjoy playing golf and spend many a happy hour on the golf course which meanders through our community. We also like to stroll down to the Lake and sit and watch the sunset. We like to eat out and some of our favourite restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden) are all nearby. Like all visitors to the Orlando area we enjoy the attractions and shopping malls which are all within driving distance.

Why Antony Pruchniewicz chose Davenport

After spending several holidays at a friend's villa in Kissimmee we decided to buy our own home. We chose to buy our own home on Esprit because we liked its layout and we were able to choose a lot of the design features ourselves. The homes on Esprit were all built by Morrison Homes to a high specification.

The community is smaller than average and is quiet and secluded, yet near to all the attractions. We also liked the fact that Lake Davenport was nearby and that the golf course was on our doorstep. Visitors always comment on how peaceful and friendly the community is.

What makes this house unique

Our home is conveniently located near to Highway 27 which gives easy access to major routes in to Orlando and the Coast. There are also many restaurants, shops etc on Highway 27 which are not as crowded as the ones in Orlando or Kissimmee, particularly in lovely Clermont which is 5 minutes away.

Our home is decorated and furnished to a very high standard because it is the place where we like to spend our home from home holidays.

Notes on accommodation: Pool heating is available on request at £75 per week. Our house is very spacious, with a very large living/dining area with 3 luxurious leather sofas and 39 inch flat screen LED HD TV with cable. Bedroom 1 is the master suite, with queen size bed, TV, walk in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There are a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin which share a family bathroom. Non smoking home. Outside: 24ft swimming pool. 3ft deep at one end. 5ft deep at other. Outdoor table with 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Our lanai and pool area is on an over-sized lot so there is plenty of space to play and relax. The covered lanai is large and wonderful when it is too hot to sit in the sun. Lanai has a fan and light for reading etc after dark. Utility Room: Utility Room has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Utility Room has a door which leads into our large 2 car garage. Garage door operated automatically. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are provided. Our excellent management company take care of cleaning before and after your stay and are available at any time should you require assistance.

Fantastic Villa - Great Owners

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here in May 2016. The villa is as good as the pictures and all the reviews you read on here. We would most definitely return here again.

The owners were also very helpful both before and during our stay where we needed the air con setting changing.

You will not be disappointed if you rent this one, it really is a great villa.

There are numerous restaurants around as mentioned and also supermarkets with everythiing you need.

We also discovered Twistee Treat Ice cream which we all loved at the end of a day in the Disney parks. It's on the 192/530 heading towards Disney just after the turn for Westside Boulevard.

Disney itself was about 20 mins away, so far enough away from the hussle and bussle but not too far to commute in.

We do hope to return again in another couple of years or so and this will be the first villa we try to book.

Lovely home

What a lovely property! We've stayed in a number of villa rentals in Florida but this one must be one of the cleanest with no beasties lurking about (apart from frogs and lizards which we like!). The first time we've never encountered the dreaded cockroach. The pictures don't do the property justice. It's much more spacious than in the photos and the pool a lot bigger. The owner (Tony) had excellent communication before and during our stay. We had to contact him regarding hurricane protocol and the pool furniture and he couldn't have been more helpful. The house itself ranks a 5. The only reason I give it a 4 is because we had 2 kids in tow. One who is nearly 6 and the other 16 months. No issues with our eldest but There wasn't a travel cot which we've had in other properties and no high chair which we've always had. It wouldn't take much room to supply a fold away cot and even a booster chair and fold away umbrella buggy in the garage (just a suggestion!)Tony did mention the management company could supply but the price was way too high. We bought a booster in target for $15 and got it home with car seats and bought a buggy cheap enough and again took that home. Made do sleeping with baby in the main bed too :) that's our one and only very small criticism but I fully appreciate that the home is marketed towards couples and older families. Couldn't fault the price either a great price for the house and a lovely base for our 2 week stay. We'all definitely be in touch with the owner next time we go as the area itself was lovely, 10-15 mins from Disney and half an hour to universal and everything was exactly as described in the advert. The pictures don't do the home justice it had everything we needed at a great price. Many thanks for letting us stay in your home the kids and ourselves had a blast.

Best villa we have stayed in! Absolutely immaculate and so spacious! Close to Walmart and some lovely restaurants. Ideal location for Disney parks too. Would definitely return 😍

This villa is immaculate. In a very nice complex. Close to all parks, restaurants and shops. We have stayed at many villas over the years and can honestly say this was by far one of the best. The pool has a fence all around so has privacy. We were in February this year so we opted for the pool heating which was really good. Communication from the owners was first class. Really cannot say enough good things about this villa and will most definitely be booking here again when we decide on dates for our next disney holiday!!

One of the best Villas we have stayed in.

The property was very clean and well maintained.

Esprit Polo Park is a very central location for the leisure parks and local Golf , ideal start for shopping .

Eating out so easy Applebee's, Mannys, Red Lobster, Olive Garden .We would recommend this Villa to friends and family.

Well appointed villa, in a good location

This is a lovely villa in a good location, it is very well appointed & in immaculate condition throughout. Good outside space especially the Lanai Area. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here and I would highly recommend it. The whole experience was very somooth, from the initial contact through booking to villa details & location, the owner was most helpful.
