The apartment features two large double bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a fitted tiled bathroom with bath tub, shower above, wash basin and toilet, as well as a separate WC. Large living room with patio windows overlooking the balcony. Well equipped open plan kitchen, and at the rear of the apartment is a large utility room with washing machine.

The apartment is situated on the front row of the marina and overlooking the cliffs of Los Gigantes. Prime position easily accessible. Long or Short Lets.

This apartment is well maintained, ideal for family holidays, looking on to the boats and the magnificent view of the harbour and cliffs. The courtyard is situated at the back of the apartment and the swimming pool is adjacent across the street from the apartment. There is secure parking available downstairs for an extra cost. The apartment is cleaned once a week and bed linen changed with clean towels included.

Apartment 151 Poblado Marinero, Los Gigantes

The apartment is in a very convenient location within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pools, shopping and transport. A spectacular front-line location overlooking the marina and cliffs. A wonderful spot to watch the world go by, the activity of boats and people and the ever-changing light play on the cliffs.

The apartment is light and spacious with a modern kitchen. If hiring a car it is usually possible to negotiate a car parking space in the basement garage which is well worthwhile.

The owner is a joy to deal with.

Excellent property on harbour front.

My second stay within 6 months - another great time! Well appointed apartment, providing everything expected. Wonderful position on harbour front adjacent to lots of lovely restaurants. Stunning views. Local village within easy walking distance. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Lovely well equipped Apartment on Marina

We have stayed in this immaculate apartment several times. It is very clean and well maintained. It has a large balcony overlooking the marina and sea beyond. It's close to bars, restaurants and shops. Also beach and swimming pools. The owner is very helpful and approachable. We have just booked again for June this year. I would recommend this apartment.

The beach is situated behind the Marina. There is a diving club there for SCUBA lessons and a boating club offering sea trips to see whales and dolphins. Kayak hire is also available.

Travel from the airport is 45 minutes from Tenerife South airport called Reina Sofia.

Los Gigantes village is 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. The famous Hotel Los Gigantes is in the village and Puerto Santiago is also nearby. Playa del Arena is nice to visit with lots of shops and restaurants as well as a lovely beach. Playa San Juan is also nearby and there are good bus services all day. Lidl supermarket is a 15 minute walk up the hill from the apartment.
