The apartment features two large double bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a fitted tiled bathroom with bath tub, shower above, wash basin and toilet, as well as a separate WC. Large living room with patio windows overlooking the balcony. Well equipped open plan kitchen, and at the rear of the apartment is a large utility room with washing machine.

The apartment is situated on the front row of the marina and overlooking the cliffs of Los Gigantes. Prime position easily accessible. Long or Short Lets.

The beach is situated behind the Marina. There is a diving club there for SCUBA lessons and a boating club offering sea trips to see whales and dolphins. Kayak hire is also available.

Travel from the airport is 45 minutes from Tenerife South airport called Reina Sofia.

Los Gigantes village is 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. The famous Hotel Los Gigantes is in the village and Puerto Santiago is also nearby. Playa del Arena is nice to visit with lots of shops and restaurants as well as a lovely beach. Playa San Juan is also nearby and there are good bus services all day. Lidl supermarket is a 15 minute walk up the hill from the apartment.

The courtyard is situated at the back of the apartment and the swimming pool is adjacent across the street from the apartment. There is secure parking available downstairs for an extra cost.
