The Levadi apartments comprise of 3 apartments on 2 floors. Located within 300m of Loggos waterfront, the Levadi apartments offer comfortable accommodation with a shared pool. Each apartment sleeps 4 guests. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments, the accommodation comprises of a twin bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom and bathroom with an open plan, kitchen, living and dining area. The accommodation on the first floor is the same, however, there is 1 bathroom and a larger terrace area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is parking to the front of the accommodation and the area around the apartments is gated with bougainvillea and fruit trees in the surrounding garden. The pool is located behind the apartments ensuring privacy. A washing machine is available. Located a couple of minutes walk from picturesque Loggos, here you will find a good selection of tavernas and mini-markets. Beaches can be found within a 5 minute walk.

My name is Elias Dendias and I am the proud owner of the Levadi apartments, those who have stayed at the apartments previously may have met me as I have an active interest and involvement in the maintenance and upkeep of the apartments and pool. I live nearby and have two beautiful girls, Sophia and Lilly, you may have met them too! I was fortunate enough to have spent most of my life on this beautiful island and have a passion for maintaining its beauty and tranquillity.

Lovely Logos

This apartment was in a very convenient position- 2 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, 3 mins to centre of the village of Logos, with it bars and tavernas. As it was on the outskirts of Logos it was quiet at night, and we were woken in the morning by cockerels and chickens.

The large shaded patio area was a real bonus and the light airy kitchen/ living room also very pleasant . The two bedrooms were darker but very adequate with large inbuilt wardrobes.

The apartment was clean and the bedding and towels changed during the 6 days of our holiday. I do feel however the bedding and towels were a bit 'tired' and could do with updating. Also the shared pool however adequate would benefit from more updated sun beds . all in all this apartment provided us with a comfortable clean base to explore the delights of Paxos and I would recommend it.

The apartments are the perfect accommodation for those that wish for a relaxing stay, the beach, taverna's, cafe's and bars can be reached by foot.

The harbour of Loggos is within 300m of the apartments walking along a flat quiet road. The nearest beach is within 500m and provides facilities including a taverna and showers. Further along the coast are dotted many beautiful beaches, in the quieter months you may find these bays to yourself. Car hire is not essential as a good selection of beaches are within walking distance.


Flights arrive into Corfu airport. From here it is a 5 minute taxi ride to the port where you can take a hydrofoil to Paxos (tickets need to be pre-booked, advice will be given as to how to do this). It is a 1 hour trip. Once in Paxos the Levadi apartments are a 15 minute taxi ride from the New Port (again advice will be provided with relevant taxi numbers). Due to the fantastic position of the apartments car hire is not essential.


The picture postcard village of Loggos is a just 300m walk from the apartments. In the village you can find mini-markets, a bakery and a good selection on waterfront tavernas and a couple of bars. Numerous beaches are within walking distance.

Further Details:

Paxos has managed to escape the mass tourist market and therefore remains relatively unspoilt, its visitors tend to come back year after year for its laid back feeling and the warmth and hospitality of the locals. The water is crystal blue and the coast line boasts beautiful pebble beaches. The sandy beach of Mongonissi can be found in the south of the island. Many visitors discover the island by foot which is relatively easy at just 24 square kilometres. Home to a quarter of a million olive trees, it is also reputed to give the best olive oil in the world. Boat hire is available from each of the main ports of Gaios, Loggos and Lakka on the east coast and is a fantastic way of visiting each village and taking yourselves off to the stunning island of Anti-Paxos with its sandy beaches and sea-food tavernas. The west coast is a little more rugged and allows for the most spectacular sunsets which can be enjoyed from a couple of well positioned sunset restaurants.

Changeover Day:
Flexible arrival day. The apartments are ready for check in at 2pm on arrival day and check-out 10am on the day of departure. Maid service 3 times a week, linen change twice weekly.

20% non refundable deposit payable on booking, the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.

  • Notes on accommodation: All apartments have air-conditioning in the bedrooms and heating for the cooler months. The bathrooms have UK plumbing. Outside: Each apartment has it's own private balcony, the first floor apartment has a larger private roof terrace. The apartments are surrounded by well established gardens including fruit trees and the area is gated. At the back of the property is a shared pool, Depths: 1.1 - 1.7 metres and has a sun terrace with loungers, seating and umbrellas. Utility Room: There is a shared washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and bed linen is provided. There is a maid service 3 times per week and linen and towels are changed twice a week.
