The cottage is owned by two sisters one of whom has lived in the area nearly all her life and knows and appreciates the beauty of the area.We have furnished the cottage to a high standard that we would expect as guests and we provide a welcome tray on arrival for your comfort. We live locally so if you need our help or advice we are available.

Notes on accommodation: traditionally built Carrstone cottage in a terrace well equipped centrally heated with high vaulted ceiling in living area,on one level for easy access. Comfortable and stylishly decorated. We regret that we do not acccept pets for the comfort of our other guests Outside: South facing private garden with table chairs and sun umbrella overlooking private landscaped courtyard. Brickweave driveway for parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen provided as well as bath sheets and towels. Property is cleaned weekly or on changeover.

Old Hall Cottage is ideally situated to be able to explore this beautiful part of Norfolk. Countryside and coast are both nearby and Sandringham Estate is within walking distance. It is comfortable and well equipped, well furnished with a super sleigh bed and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. I would certainly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed for a week, aided by near perfect weather. Very well appointed cottage and in a quiet location. If you want to leave the car at home, there is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away. Nothing negative at all to say and we would certainly book up again in the future and would highly recommend it. We know the area well and all the places we like to visit are within an easy drive. Avoid Snettisham beach - nothing there unless you've got children but amenities are much better at Heacham.

Lovely retreat

Set in a secluded, quiet courtyard in the lovely village of Dersingham, this cosy little cottage is well equipped and very comfortable.

The beautiful Sandringham Estate is a two minute drive around the corner.

We were only able to stay for three nights but would have happily stayed the week.

Would highly recommend this property for a couple or, like us, a mum and daughter wanting a bit of time together.

We hope to come back again soon.
