This pool side duplex apartment will provide everything you need for a relaxing holiday close to the town centre, with choice of restaurants, shops, cafe/bars. Only 500m from the lovely, safe sandy beach and marina, where pedalos, canoes, windsurfing and diving equipment can be hired. Enjoy evening walks along the promenade which leads to the shopping centre with a variety of shops. It is also only 10mins away from the golf course.

Coast/Beach:

The safe, sandy, horse shoe bay, is a 3minute walk away. Also there you will find the harbour / marina which has shops, cafes, restaurants, boat trips, snorkeling, diving and jet skiing.

Travel:

It only takes 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, taxi cost around €12/15. A hire car is not necessary during your stay, although there are plenty of hire car firms in Caleta de Fuste should you wish to explore the rest of this beautiful island or even take a drive to Corralejo where you can take a ferry to Lanzarote. The Caleta bus service is excellent and there are plenty of taxis available at very cheap rates.

Distances:

The apartment has an excellent location being in the heart of the resort with cash points, telephones, the beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop opposite the complex that will take you to the Atlantico centre where you will find a Spanish 10 screen cinema, 10 pin bowling, shops, more cafe bars, banks, a large supermarket, Burger King and McDonalds.

Further Details:

The many restaurants in the area offer an array of cuisine including; Spanish Tapas Bars, Steak Houses, Mexican, Greek, Chinese, Portuguese, Thai and Indian.

Lovely property with everything you need and plenty of sunbathing spots

A very nice complex with a very well equipped property. The bed was so comfortable and the balcony off the bedroom great for the morning sun. Wifi was excellent. There is a downstairs loo as well as the one in the shower room upstairs. The stairs are a bit narrow and winding but there are handrails and you get used to being careful. Just a short walk to restaurants (Aberdeen Angus steak house, 3 courses are excellent value at €9.50 and great quality) and sea front promenade, which goes all around caleta' s bay. We had a really relaxing holiday and will definitely return next year and highly recommend this property.

This is a smartly fitted out unit, very comfortable with a very modern bathroom.

Had a lovely relaxing week here. The location was great and the private rear patio was a bonus. The facilities are good, but the addition of a coffee machine would be good. Hope to stay here again.

Great location and well equipped for a long stay.

Easy booking process and good communication with owners. Great to have an oven, washing machine and actual double bed (not two singles pushed together!). Patio, sun terrace and balcony overlooking pool provides great space. Friendly environment around the pool. Two minutes walk to supermarket, pubs and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean, well equipped property

Really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed property. Would definitely recommend this as it has a lovely pool with an excellent beach not far away. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, along with many bars and shops.

Complex good, position next to entry door constant door banging.

Problem in the apartment with cockroaches running through the kitchen units (young ones). & on the top. & oven. Pillows & cases smelt badly didn't use. Lack of info on use of electrical item's Eg- washer, television,. Told to use spray on cockroaches but there in a utensil drawer, with lot of papers under cutlery tray. My friend suffer's from asthma, sprays not good for her, told to sit outside !! Not on holiday to have to clean out drawer's. Disappointed .
