A 1st floor luxury apartment with a large terrace Situated in a secure and well lit tranquil setting with underground parking. Tropical landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool compliments the apartment. Just a short stroll to a sandy beach or follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, makes this resort an appealing and desireable spot to enjoy your holiday Walk just 10 minutes and you will have access to a variety of cuisines including Spanish,Chinese,Italian,Japanese, Indian,Fish and Chips,or even an English Carvery. Should you choose to stay in to a home cooked meal a glass of local wine and just relax on the terrace the local supermarket will provide you with all the food and drink you need.

Torrevieja with it´s seafront market and Murcia an ancient Moorish city are near by. Benidorm with it`s long stretch of beach and it´s hectic nightlife is a little further. There are many activities in the area for the family to enjoy including go-carting, wind surfing, sailing, golf or just one of many walks that are available.

For those who have excess energy or who just like to keep fit there is a first class gym that offers daily rates just a short walk away from the apartment.

Up to now I have lived in London until 5 years ago when I moved to Spain to care for my elderly parents who are both Spanish. I am located 30 miles north of Madrid and am enjoying the quieter life against the constant fast pace in London.

Why FRANK SISTO chose Torrevieja

I bought the apartment in 2008. Madrid has a climate of two extremes very dry and hot in the Summer and dry and cold in the Winter. I wanted an area that provided a pleasant climate, hot Summers and mild Winters. Punta Prima, south of Torrevieja Alicante has just what I was looking for. The area is beautiful with a selection of beaches and peaceful walks. Due to the mild temperatures there is an abundance of palm trees which catch the attention due to their size. The resort is easily accessible from Alicante Airport(45 minutes) San Javier Murcia Airport (25 minutes) Pick up service available on request ask when booking.

What makes this apartment unique

The beautiful setting of the apartment is 200 metres from the beach, from the balcony you can see the sea.

The apartment is situated within a secure complex with communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

There are local restaurants,bars and shops just ten minutes walk away. There is a local bus service which takes you to Torrevieja with it's shops, bars and beaches. La Finca Roda Golf and Mar Menor courses are just 15 minutes away. The historic Moorish City of Murcia is only 30 minutes away. Beach towels, mats, sun loungers, kids play things and information pack of what there is to do in the resort provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. A cleaning service is also available. All English TV/ Radio channels available at no extra cost.

Notes on accommodation: A newly built 1st floor luxury apartment,full air conditioning to all rooms providing both cold and warm air, under floor heating in the bathroom, marble floors and marble work tops in the kitchen. The apartment is equipped and furnished to a high standard. The large terrace has a dining table and chairs, and a settee. In the event that a travel cot, highchair or pushchair is required, or for the adventurous bicycles,these can be provided at an extra cost. No smoking except on the terrace. There is a safe in the apartment for added security, where you can keep, passports, mobile phones, money, jewellery etc.The apt has WIFI installed. Outside: Tropical landscaped gardens with communal swimming pool, an additional pool can be found just 1 minute away.The pools are surrounded by grass for sunbathing. The gardens and walkways are enclosed and well lit by night and the complex has 24 hour security and cctv camera support. Underground parking bay available which is also monitored 24 hours by security. There is a lift which takes you to your floor. Punta Prima has a sandy beach.On one side where you can swim, paddle or simply sunbathe, and on the other rock pools which provide an ideal and safe location for children to spend time looking for crabs or fish or just sitting in the warm pools. Further out on the rocks keen fishermen can practice their skills. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedding provided including beach towels. Prices inclusive of clean and laundry at end of stay. Cleaning at end of each week can be arranged at an extra cost.

had a wonderful holiday and frank was so helpful in making our break perfect. just a short walk to beach and sunrise beach bars and morning coffee at nearby nautilus . Overall an excellent holiday and highly recommend to anyone wanting a perfect relaxing holiday.

Well equipped, close to the beach and good local ammieneties

Frank is a very attentive host who couldn't have done enough for you. Fortunately we know the punta prima area and the development work going on, which might not suit everyone with the view from the balcony. There was a down side with the swimming pools as there was no area around the pools to sunbathe after a swim. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment, it is a comfortable and ideal base to explore the area with a good bus service and we will diffently staying there again. Thank you frank.

Yes the area is being developed as it has been selected as one of the most exclusvie beach resorts in the Torrevieja area. As for the swimming pool the area around the pool is limited I will agree however as the beach is so close the swimming pools provide a welcome addition to the resort.

Honest opinion of franks apartment

Exactly as other reviews a honest description,good location,a bus service to take you into any where along coast up to torrevieja marina

Lots of places to eat all price ranges only a five minute walk to beach and to main road strip to eateries and bars commercial centre is across blue bridge to supermarkets and more places to eat on upper level,apartment is very clean and tidy everything you might need and English TV.Frank will pick you up and take you back to airport,and will help you in any way he can,a very nice man,hospitality is A one,he helped make our stay trouble free,speaks very good English and Spanish.Would we recommend it to anyone else yes we would and will.m

Lovely relaxing apartment

We stayed here mid September for a week and found the apartment A1 to our requirements. The position of the apartment and safe environment with its clean surrounding gardens made us feel relaxed and chilled. The apartment was clean and provided us with everything we could have wished for. Great place and would recommend to anyone wanting a good priced value for money holiday. The communication with the owner is fantastic and the meet and greet is terrific too. Thanks so much for the chance to chill out in a great environment.

Clean, tidy, peaceful, excellent location. Very quiet area, but within walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants. 2 nice communal pools, everything you need is in the apartment.

Superb Apartment

We spent a week here, and it was 5*, had everything we needed, we felt safe and secure, knowing we had a security guard patrolling the whole complex. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well cared for, and close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the supermarket. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, which also has bars and a restaurant too. If you didn't want to go anywhere, it is lovely to sit on the balcony (which is huge) enjoy a drink, or a meal..Overall i would recommend this property to anyone who's thinking of going to Punta Prima, you will not be disappointed..oh and the air-con, is superb..

The local sandy beach is only 200m walk away and numerous other beautiful beaches within easy walking. There is an additional secluded beach 5 minutes stroll away with palms trees a bar and a lift for easy access for pushchairs or wheelchairs. There is also a first class restaurant with a large patio where there are dances at weekends during the Summer.


Alicante Airport 45 minutes away, San Javier Airport Murcia 25 minutes away,makes this an attractive resort for short breaks or golfing weekends.

Pick up service available ask when booking. Taxis and regular bus service available to take you to Torrevieja, Murcia and further distances. Corvera airport(Murcia) is scheduled to open in 2015 and is 40 minutes away.


Torrevieja town is ten minutes away by car, or 20 minutes by bus. Alicante is 50 minutes, Benidorm is 70 minutes away. Murcia a historic Moorish city is 45 minutes away. Mar Menor and La Manga are 40 minutes away Cartagena an ancient port is 60 minutes away.

Local shops and supermarkets, restaurants,bars and cashpoints 10 minutes walk. Punta Marina commercial centre with supermarkets, banks, selection of shops,hairdressers, leisure activities 10 minutes away.Shop selling English newspapers and an English bar with Sky TV 5 minutes away. La Zenia shopping center 15 minutes away The area has been voted as one of the healthiest climates in Spain. The local salt lakes clears the atmosphere and dramatically reduce the humidity levels.

This plus the many months of sunshine make this an appealing resort.

There are spa baths to be found around the salt lakes where you can bathe and feel rejuvenated.

Torrevieja has become a popular resort since financial investment by the local council. The Vista Allegre,a half mile traffic free promenade surrounded by bars,cafes and restaurants where you can sit and watch all the entertainment

of traders selling their wares,the flambuoyent street performers trying to catch the attention of the passers by. Or just watch the locals discussing the day´s events. Playa de los Locos and Playa de los Curas are among a number of beautiful beaches just off the promenade. The marina is worth a visit if only to catch the boat that takes you around the bay. Torrevieja has an excellent market once a week as well as other markets at Playa Flamenca or Guadamar which are a short bus ride away. Alicante has some of the best beaches in Spain and is only 50 minutes away. Also a large marina,a castle and a multitude of shops and restaurants. Benidorm famous for the award winning comedy series of the same name,where you will find a vibrant lifestyle attracting both young and old, well worth a visit. The cities of Orihuela, Murcia and Cartagena will appeal to those who want to know more of the culture and history of the region.

La Manga and Mar Menor have lots to offer from some excellent golf courses to some tranquil beaches. In addition, a fiesta can be found almost all year round in a local village or town.
